Welcome to your home away from home!!

The Hummingbird House has everything you need and more. Thoughtfully designed, stocked with amenities and newly renovated.

Located less than a mile from the Coler Creek Mountain Bike Preserve South parking lot, The Hummingbird House is the ideal 'bike in/bike out' home for your Bentonville getaway!

With a spacious layout and plenty of seating, this is the perfect home for your large group or family.

We look forward to hosting you!!

The Space:
Living room: There is plenty of seating around the smart TV in the living area and a gas
fireplace.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove, toaster, dishes, silverware, a coffee maker (K Cup and batch brew), a blender, pots/pans, bakeware, a kettle, and cups. Seating includes 6 barstools, and a dining room table to seat 6. The barstool area nearest to the window can also function as a dedicated workspace with a printer and printer paper located inside the closet next to it.

Bedroom 1: Master with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and walk-in shower in the connected
bathroom with robes included.

Bedroom 2: Bedroom has a queen-sized bed and french-door closet.

Bedroom 3: Bedroom with two single beds and french-door closet.

Laundry room: Full-sized washer and dryer with ironing board and iron, and
laundry detergent.

Garage: Two-car garage for parking and a rack to store your bikes.

Backyard: Private fenced in backyard with a deck, patio furniture, grill and grill tools, and a hammock.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and the backyard.

Other Things to Note:
-Pets are allowed, but must be disclosed, approved and added to the reservation.
-All guests using the house must be added to the reservation.
-Please note that the HOA does not allow parking in the street. There is driving and garage parking.
-All guests using the property must be registered under total number of guests .

Our family enjoyed staying at The Hummingbird House during a several day trip to Bentonville. It was convenient to biking and other attractions. It was clean and we appreciated being able to bring our dog. The space was great for our family of 5 (plus the dog) with a nice backyard and ample space to spread out. I would highly recommend this house and would stay here again if we return to Bentonville.

Great house.

The house was perfect for our group and provided easy access to attractions. The neighborhood was very quiet. The master suite was very large, bordering on luxurious. We would stay there again.

A wonderful experience

The management at Pinewood Estates was top-notch and were there at every turn. Anything we needed they were there spot on Johnny on the spot! The facility was absolutely beautiful and we cooked and we baked and everything we needed was at the house. We felt so nurtured and taken care of. If anyone is looking for a place to stay in Bentonville, choose this venue! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Wonderful House that has Everything!!

We came with 2 small dogs and the house was perfect for us and them. The dogs (and us) really enjoyed the fenced in back yard!! Loved the back porch to hang out on that has a ceiling fan/ lights to play board games in the evening. The house is well appointed and stocked. When we had a couple questions the owner and property mgmt were very nice and quick to get back with us. Loved the neighborhood and how close it was to nearby restaurants.We'll have to bring our bikes next time as bike trials were very close by. Looking forward to our next trip to Bentonvile as we'll for sure book this house again!!!
