That is certainly not the standard of hospitality we aim to provide, and we are taking immediate steps to resolve these issues: Freshness & Air Quality: Because the home is currently listed on the market, it can sit closed up between visits. We are installing dehumidifiers and setting up an automated air-circulation schedule so the property stays fresh, crisp, and comfortable for every arriving guest. Restocking Supplies: We have reminded our cleaning crew to do a strict inventory check during turnover so that full rolls of toilet paper and paper towels are always generously stocked based on the number of guests in the reservation. Pricing & Value: We appreciate your honest thoughts regarding the location and pricing. We regularly review our rates to ensure they accurately reflect the property and current market values.
