Only $62. for this private Twin Bed Bedroom & Bathroom w/ Glass Enclosed Shower, Large Sink, Toilet. Central AC & WiFi. Perfect for solo guests for short or long stays.
No need to go thru the house to enter the bedroom. Private entrance to the room is direct from the large concrete driveway where you can park your car by the entry door. Not every guest comes by car so the $9 per night parking fee is not included in the booking. Guests that choose to park on our concrete driveway are monitored with surveillance cameras for safety. Please look at the photos of the driveway and entry door in the listing. Pets are allowed at $15. each per night plus a $25 pet cleaning fee.

wonderful place!!

The place is excellent,there is private or shared rooms all of them are cleaning and comfortable.The place is well located near from washinton DC downtown and you can use lines of bus or metro. The Mr Altamyr is an outgoing person, communicative and helpfully!I really recommend Altamiry's rooms!

Not expensive, clean, quite.

Nice place, very friendly owner.Pros: Clean, warm, close to supermarket, about 1 mile from Silver Spring downtown, parking on driveway.Cons: You have to share microwave and bath room with other tenants.Small room good for 1 person.

He didn’t show up with the key. I called 1/2 hour before check in then 3 times in the hour I sat outside waiting. I called VRBO and they tried calling. He didn’t pick up for them either. Five times. He called me as I was checking into the hotel I had to use and said he didn’t get my one voicemail because his phone was charging. He didn’t mention theother 4 calls. The place looks like a dump and a neighbor said he’d just bought it. I’d made a second reservation for a couple days later that I can’t get out of because it’s too late. I still haven’t gotten the refund the VRBO customer service rep promised
