Wonderful time!

The Condo itself was great, clean and cozy. Access to beach was across the road but still covenant. We had no issues with the condo. The beds are soft, a bit too soft for our taste but we made do. I am sure they would be perfect for those who love to sink into a comfy bed! No complaints at all with the condo. As far as the resort, I was not that impressed. The hot tub was dirty every time we went to get in, Like the filter was not working or needed cleaned, also the jets did not work. basically, a big hot bath to get in. Pool was beautiful to look at and upkept pretty well. You could tell the resort was shorthanded and was an older building that needed a little TLC. Overall, I would recommend this condo, nothing wrong with it and all appliances worked great! perfect for small family or just a couple needing some R&R.

Clean and cozy

Place was well kept. Furniture is new. No wifi however even though it is listed on the details for the property. Too many people to contact if needed; property manager, housekeeper for linens. Elevator access is convenient. View over pool was great! Access to beach easy. We left beach items in car which helped with not bringing items back and forth from room. Late at night, small bats on property and if weather is windy, bats will be on ground in various places.

Very Small

This place would be hard pressed to sleep 4 adults. 2 adults and 3 under 10 was tight. Queen in master is smallest queen I have ever seen. There is no pull out couch in the living room. There is zero dining space. Kitchenette is ok. Full size fridge and stove/oven but it’s tight. Like a hotel room. Very noisy condo building. From the thin walls and floors to the loud carts rolling by on the front walks at all hours of the night and morning. Location isn’t bad, but the walk to the beach isn’t short either. Definitely not a beach side condo.
