About this property

This particular property is located in a quiet, Gentilly neighborhood orhood

I chose to purchase this property because it has an old Gentilly charm to it. The tenant is welcome to enjoy the peace and quiet of the back yard which plans are underway to extend development with plants and other scenery. There are two sheds and the tenant is welcome to store personal items in a locked shed.
