This property was breathtakingly luxurious, while still offering the protection and solitude I desperately needed. While I came for the natural beauty and quiet, I found the need to purchase something I'd forgotten. I was pleasantly surprised by how close and varietal the shopping experience turned out. I'm absolutely returning.

Thank you for oyur kind 5star review, Michelle. We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay & we do look forward to having you return.
Beautiful property, but not for the cold. Temperature inside never got above 65, water pressure was minimal for shower/bathroom sink. I imagine this property is amazing in the Soring/Summer. Very cute and very well maintained.
What a great find in Lancaster County! You will not be disappointed with this secluded location on the grounds of an Amish farm. The property is well maintained and extremely inviting. We enjoyed the ability to take in all LC has to offer during the day and return to this quiet oasis and enjoy the peaceful evenings. The owner is the best!

What a serene and lovely tiny house. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch listening to the birds. It was convenient to local sights and shops, but removed from the hustle and bustle. Thank you, Kings, for a delightful stay. P..S. The homemade bread and strawberry jam were a delight!

Cottage is a converted shed, nestled on a beautiful functioning farm. Very quiet, very 'minimalist" experience. Cottage was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfect.Couple issues we had was first, our flight was delayed by (6) hours and we arrived on property about 3am. The cottage is hard to find, especially in pitch black darkness. We had some trouble locating the cabin and reached out to the hosts by text and phone, with no answer. We eventually located our stay after a few trips back and forth to the main road.We were welcomed to a German cockroach on our bed, and earwigs throughout cottage. Also lots of flies outside, as is a farm so porch sitting was a nuisance, and they made their way into the house periodically. There was an "Amish Woodstock" going on, in the adjacent field which was nice as they had fireworks. However when we returned for the night, our route back to the cottage was blocked with trucks and carriages. We had to pull a couple wooden posts / ropes up so we could get around them.Water to the cottage is extremely hard, could barely take a shower due to the head being full of scale, the 2nd night we were there, I bought some CLR and let the shower head sit in a solution, then worked much better. Both sinks are the same way, maybe a Descaler / filter would fix the problem.Beautiful Country For Sure!!
