Waterfront home with spectacular view of Small Point Harbor.
Two-story, 5 bedroom home sleeps 9. First floor has large living area with separate
dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, two bedrooms, two baths, and
screened porch and open deck off of dining and living rooms. Upstairs has three
bedrooms and a full bath. Fully winterized and wood stove.
Access to dock on property. Two kayaks available. Outdoor grill.
The house is 20 minutes to charming Bath which has restaurants and shops, an excellent farmers market, and two large grocery stores. Less than an hour to Portland.
Good dogs welcome with deposit.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

What a wonderful spot! The place is clean, spacious, full of charm and history. The view is absolutely stunning and the thoughtful hosts have provided everything you could possibly need. Very well equipped kitchen. One bedroom is only accessible through another bedroom, not a problem for our group but worth noting.
