Two-story, 5 bedroom home sleeps 9. First floor has large living area with separate
dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, two bedrooms, two baths, and
screened porch and open deck off of dining and living rooms. Upstairs has three
bedrooms and a full bath. Fully winterized and wood stove.
Access to dock on property. Two kayaks available. Outdoor grill.
The house is 20 minutes to charming Bath which has restaurants and shops, an excellent farmers market, and two large grocery stores. Less than an hour to Portland.
Good dogs welcome with deposit.
