"ALMOST ALICE" is a completely renovated modern coastal beach townhouse! PRIVATE BEACH, this isn't just access, it is deeded beach and only shared with 8 owners which is tough to find on 30A! We are on the Gulf side and 1 back from the beach in this 8 unit townhome community. We have great views too as we are the end unit next to the pool!
Our home is literally 1/10 of a mile from Watersound Pkwy meaning you can get in and out of 30A very easily even in busy times. We are 1.5 miles to Rosemary and you can ride a bike to some of the best restaurants and shops too!

We are the Hulak Family, we have been coming to 30A for 15 years and have owned several properties along this beautiful scenic hwy and this one is my favorite. My husband and myself have 3 beautiful kids and a 1 year old grandson that keeps us young! We love our 2 rescue doggies as well that completes our family. The beach is my favorite place to be and just relax with family!
