The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip all beds including pillow cases and leave all used towels, bedding and linens in front of washer and dryer. Fold all comforters and leave on the beds.
Please clean the grill and cover. Ensure the gas is turned off when leaving. All paddleboards and kayaks must be put back and secured. The ladder to the dock must be brought up out of the water.
There are (2) Brown garbage cans located on the driveway. The trash is picked up on Saturdays and Wednesdays make sure all trash is in the cans on these days. No trash to be placed next to the cans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect Getaway

This house was perfect for my family! There was plenty of space for me, my husband, my 3 grown children and their spouses, and my 3 grandkids. Kitchen had everything we needed and the location on the lake was right where we enjoy staying. The host was very responsive. Also, loved the basket of necessities and items to make smores waiting for us - such a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice!

This was a beautiful home. Nice spacious kitchen. Extra fridge downstairs was nice to have. Master bath was awesome! The concrete walkway to our dock was nice. We stayed with 12 adults and 2 littles. Very clean and inviting!

I was hesitant to book as there were no previous reviews (we were the first guests) but so glad I did! The house was great; just as pictured/stated. Quiet cove with a great place to dock boat, swim and hangout. Host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely book this house in the future!
