Light filled Cozy 3-bedroom house in enchanting Phoenicia with WiFi, AC
Magical, this property sits on three acres w/ groomed flower gardens and abuts state forest. It is private yet only 3 min to the hamlet of Phoenicia. Miles of hiking are right behind the house. The house has three bedrooms with queen size beds. There is a single bed by the wood stove. The great room (living , dinning, kitchen) is filled with sunlight and opens to a large deck with bird feeders that get plenty of guests. Great walking on path along the river. Near skiing areas!
