Truly on the beach! We had a corner condo that did have the view, and really allowed the beach sound to surround us! It was clean and well (over?) decorated with beach theme! The cleaners need a little more final -touching, but we were safe using the dishes, shower, etc. We had the smallest parking space ever and even scraped the car! I would totally abandon that space for future guests unless they have a motorcycle or a TINY car. We felt safe with the safety procedures in place! And when we had a (little!) issue in the condo, they did send a guy to help (it was a Saturday night and Sunday morning) who was very professional (with a smile) and helpful, It may have been a little pricey, especially with cleaning fees added on, but I can't imagine a better location, which was our priority!

Clean and great location.

Clean and perfect for the 2 of us. The only issue I had was working the TV because I’m technically challenged.We really enjoyed ourselves, it is really a great property and the cost was definitely a plus!!

Oceanside stay

Great view and nice people living in building. Don't arrive with a large vehicle as it won't fit in the numbered farage space. Hoping they give the unit a deep deep clean.

Not a safe place to stay in my opinion

The reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is our bike which was collectable Towne Electra Ballon 8 speed bike was stolen off this property. There is no security on the property or cameras yes the place is gated but obviously a person can get by the gate. The HOA and the owners would not compensate us for our loss even though it was on their property, our loss was over a $1000.00. The place was somewhat clean but not a 5 star clean, yes the place is decorated cute and the view is great. But I want people to know do not leave anything in your vehicle or your bikes chained to the staircase obviously there are predators in the area. We will not stay at this condo again!

Thank you for your review. The Ironman event was in full swing and there were many expensive bikes onsite, but most were kept in their condos. Of those left out this was the only one reported stolen. Law Enforcement did take a report, but as of this date the bike has not be recovered that we are aware of. A very unfortunate experience to an other wise great guest.

Great Property, Superb Location

First impression was they need to lose the fake air freshener stuff. Not to be mean, but the smell not scent, was a bit overwhelming. My wife has some respiratory issues and we don't care for the chemicals. First thing we did was open all the windows after it aired out a bit things were fine. The decorations with the lighthouses was a bit overdone, I understand the location and proximity to ocean and everything but there was so much stuff it impeded the usability of the counter space. Property management was awesome we had an issue with a light switch and found out there were switches installed behind pillows on the bed. So after a night sleeping or not under the lights all was well. Property management was super responsive to our questions and helpful, we also chose to extend our stay an additional day it was a great location I would highly recommend.

Location! Location! Location!

The location was absolutely amazing. We truly loved waking up to the beach each morning and the sunsets were just as gorgeous. I wish there was a King bed rather than Queen. But overall we truly enjoyed our stay and will be booking again most definitely.

The condo was perfect for us, the location was great, we enjoyed the sunset views being in the corner or the building and definitely enjoyed being on the second floor to see the beach and listening to the waves. It’s a great location!!!

A great spot!

A nice place to wake up and look out at the beach. All in all we had a great experience. Will remember to pack my own pillow, some sandwich bags, and blankets for the pull out couch.

It was a great location with a short walk to the beach. Wish the A/C would cool down more, but with the windows open and fan on it helped keep it cool.

Beautiful rental on the beach

I rented the condo last minute and was pleasently surprised that it actually looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The condo was beautiful and even better was that the ocean was right across the street. I would definitely stay here again!!

We were told the construction would be done way before our stay.

We were told the construction would be done way before our stay. We were told it was pushed back and offered a refund, we had planned our 22nd. Wedding anniversary and my wife's 60th. Birthday and couldn't change our plans the last minute so when I read that the work would stop on the 8th. And resume on the 16th. We took the 35% discount. That was false information, work continued till the 10th. Plastic was covering all windows and large green tarps were dropped down all around so we not only had NO view but no air flow creating a oven like feeling in our no a/c room. The tarps were finally ******* late Friday evening. But I was woken up this Monday morning to workers dropping the tarps down again and the little holes in the plastic Covered up. Today is only the 13th. NOT the 16th. So again we were not told the truth. This is our 2nd. Year coming here and we are not happy at all with the experience this time around.
