Lake Access: For water enthusiasts, the house offers access to the pristine waters of Robinson Pond via two manicured beaches. If you're looking for more water fun you and your guests can take a short drive to Copake Lake or many other local state parks and lakes. Local Attractions: Venture into the charming nearby towns of Hillsdale, Hudson, and Great Barrington. We've outlined a expansive local guide. Columbia County has so much to offer. There are plenty of fine dining, distilleries/breweries, retails shopping and outdoor locations to explore during your stay.

Fun in the woods

Lovely spot in the country and the house was clean and well equipped. Pond is fun swimming for kids and adults. Everything was very smooth.

Beautiful spot

The hosts were helpful and accommodating when we had to reschedule our visit. The house was perfect for a fall weekend getaway! It was close to a lot but still felt quiet and secluded. Plenty of space and comfortable, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated. The outdoor area and especially the screened in deck were lovely. The house was stocked with everything we needed and then summer, and it was all east to find and use.

Like Staying in a Tree House

I can't speak to the other seasons, but autumn is the perfect time to stay at this property. It is secluded and surrounded by trees whose leaves seemed to change every minute. There is plenty of space, so whether you are two people or six people, you are not on top of each other. The furnishings are simple and tasteful, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and there are three bathrooms. Javier and Julia were attentive via VRBO message to make sure we had what we needed. We stayed here because our best friends live less than a quarter-mile away; it was perfect for our needs. We can't wait to come back.
