Baby Shower

We stayed in town after a baby shower to catch up with friends. The property was quiet. The beds were comfortable enough. I wish there was a few more blankets since we were split on air conditioning temps :) Low shower pressure for you thick haired girls. Something to think about. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Needs TLC from owner.

Alot of things need updating or replaced. . . . towels, hand towels & washcloths, toilet set seat & cover, missing lightbulbs over sink in main bath & lights over sink in master would not turn on, wobbly bar stools. T.V.'s need longer cords and/or better cable to connect properly. No coffee for coffee pot and no laundry soap for washing machine. Apartment is clean but needs TLC when it comes to owners responsibilities for higher ratings.

We won’t be back

Overall this apartment was okay. It was a big enough space for the 7 of us, but it lacked some cleanliness. The whole place needed a deep scrub and a fresh coat of paint. There were many flies and mosquitoes and gnats swarming the space when we arrived, but the owner provided bug spray and a fly swatter when requested. We also had to request dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent as well as more plates (there were only 4). Everything was delivered within a few hours but it would’ve been nice to have it stocked initially. There were also only 4 bar stools, which were about to fall apart. There were only seven towels for the seven of us and the bathrooms don’t have any hooks or towel racks, which was rather inconvenient. Master shower had very little pressure and water took a long time to warm up. Location seemed a bit sketchy but we didn’t have any issues. Street parking was very tight and limited.

Responsive Host, But Safety Concerns Affected Our Stay

We had a mixed experience during our stay. The property was mostly comfortable, although it could get a bit noisy at times throughout the night. The TV in the bedroom wasn’t working, but the owner was kind enough to offer a replacement for the missing Firestick. Communication was great— the owner was responsive, helpful, and courteous throughout our visit.Unfortunately, on our last night, our vehicle was stolen from the church lot behind the apartment where we had parked. While this incident was beyond the owner's control, it significantly impacted our overall experience. Due to safety concerns stemming from this event, I personally wouldn’t return to this location.

Nice apartment, could use improvements

I stayed at this property with friends for a weekend. Overall, it was a fine stay! The apartment was nicely furnished, clean overall, and the neighborhood was close to the activities we were in town for. Communication from Romier was great - he was quick and helpful in responding. I would recommend some upgrades. First, the lock is rather finnicky and it took a few tries to get in and lock up. Additionally, the apartment could use new towels and more towels, extra pillows and blankets (especially for the sofa bed), and additions to make it more comfortable, like adding hooks/a towel rack in the main bathroom (there was no where to hang towels). Overall, it was a safe stay that met our group's needs at a great price, but I would recommend improvements as they continue to rent this property.
