Charming 3 bed 2 bath home, game & laundry room hot tub in hocking foothills

Newly Renovated! This home has close access to the 33 bi pass, and is on a scenic setting in Lancaster Ohio. We have this home set up for your next get away to Lancaster or the Hocking Hills region. The upper floor has an open floor plan with a recently upgraded kitchen, comfortable beds, a deck with table set overlooking the wooded and private back yard. There are is a staircase from lower level to reach the First Floor* 3 bedrooms are on the first floor with the master having private access to 1st floor bath. On the lower level (where you will enter home and park vehicle) you'll find several games and activities; a full bath and laundry room, Air Hockey, Foosball and game table, and to top it off ample seating in a comfortable great room with a full sofa sleeper. Out back: a 6 person hot tub, back deck, charcoal grill and sandstone steps that take you to the fire pit. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a 6-8 person hot tub, AC, Smart Tvs in all living and bedrooms, Internet with high speed WiFi, laundry room with washer and dryer. Fall in love with Lancaster and enjoy the magic Hocking Hills has to offer.

A "Starter* of the following items will be provided:
a roll of paper towels, 4-6 individual coffee pods, dish soap and 4 dishwasher pods, toilet paper and trash bags will be provided in kitchen and bathrooms.
Recommended items to bring: charcoal and firewood if using fire pit or grill, for stays more than 3 days, extra paper towels and toilet paper, laundry soap, and toiletries for personal use.

We had a great time during spring break. We were able to chill and play games. There’s also a lot of trails close by. The house was very cozy and cute and was the perfect amount of space. The beds were comfortable. TVs in all the rooms. We would stay here again.

This home was perfect for our long weekend in Hocking Hills. Everything was very neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for us - about 30 min from Hocking Hills and about 10 min from Lancaster. The hot tub was a much needed perk after a day of hiking! I didn’t need to contact the host during our stay but the check in and check out instruction were provided 1-2 days before we arrived and were easy to follow. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay!!

Wonderful stay

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. Even when our outdoor plans didn’t work out due to rain, we still had plenty to keep us entertained at the house. We especially loved the hot tub and air hockey. All rooms and beds were very comfortable and house was very clean and updated.

We were particularly impressed by the owner's attention to guest seating and sleeping comfort, cleanliness of the entire property and the quality of the bed linens and bath towels. Loved this house!!!! The pics don’t do it justice. The beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked well, and the basement and hot tub were our favorite!! That was the best hot tub I’ve been in! Usually you have 1 thing that doesn't suit you, but not this property! Everything about this rental was great check-in to checkout! Excellent modern facilities, very clean and was well worth the money. There was just my wife and I but there is plenty of room for a family. And there are plenty of games to keep the kids busy. Would definitely rent this again.
