Come discover the beauty of Panama City Beach from this marvelous 3-bedroom, 2 bath house with a private pool. Fan Palm Place is one of my favorite homes in the PCB area, it is located in a quiet neighborhood and the home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large lot and plenty of parking. Immerse yourself in the comfort and character of this lovely property, featuring a comfy king bed in a large primary suite with a leather couch to enjoy a book or just a little peace. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds on the opposite side of the house. Wake up feeling refreshed and enjoy the convenience of amenities like a well-stocked kitchen, private pool, natural gas grill, covered outdoor lounge area, high speed WiFi, blue tooth speaker system. Indulge in the comfort of 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers. The primary bath features a walk-in rain shower with double vanity and a large walk in closet. There are TVs in all bedrooms and a large smart TV in the living room. All are smart TVS and are ready for you to login and enjoy your favorite streaming services. The kitchen features a natural gas range, pot filler, micro-drawer, dishwasher, and brand new frig with an ice-maker. There is a keurig and a coffee pot for your use. Dining area seats 6 and there are 2 bar stools at the kitchen island. The outdoor areas are well maintained and clean, the pool area is fenced and very private. The lawn has nice artificial turf for your kids and pets to play on. Experience the magic of Panama City Beach at our charming home.

Great place great surroundings

Came for a short stay found this house very nice, clean all amenities in great working order w it simple easy to follow instructions.Pool area was a nice added bonus.Would definitely highly recommend!!

I can’t say enough great things about this home! The pictures do not do justice at all. This home is absolutely beautiful in a very quiet neighborhood! The pool was fabulous as well! We have been going to PCB the past 15 years and this is by far one of the greatest! Ty was very attentive and great to work with! We will be back soon!

Beautiful house

The pictures don’t do this house justice, it’s absolutely beautiful and in a quiet little neighborhood. Ty was great and communicated back very promptly. He also accommodated our needs and made our experience that much better. 10/10 recommend!

Location was perfect for anyone that has tournaments at the Publix Sports Complex. Place was better than anticipated. Our hosts were so helpful. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay and there is walk up trash pickup. We had groceries and meals delivered easily to the address. Home came with starter items which was a welcome surprise. Appliances were all in great shape. Washer and dryer combo was great for washing grandsons ball uniforms. I stayed behind and watched my granddaughter on game days and she was content with just being at the pool. The shaded seating area by the pool worked out great for me. The books to read were a wonderful touch since I enjoy James Patterson and Kristen Hannah’s works. You’ll find everything you need here and we even had ice delivered for the ballpark cooler. TV’s were easy to sign in for streaming. The biggest bonus was the rain shower with wall jets in the master bedroom. I think my grandkids liked that as much as the pool. Highly recommended and would stay here again.
