If you are looking for the perfect waterfront getaway this summer, this home is just the place for you! Located in Ocean Pines and a short drive to Ocean City, this home is sure to make the best vacation spot. Offering 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, and an open floor plan.

On the home you will find a large eat-in kitchen and dining area, which opens to the spacious living area. You will also find a bath for guests and a laundry area. The master bedroom with a queen size bed and bath. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed. You have access to the private screened porch from the family room.
The owner does not provide sheets or towels.
The owner does provide comforters and pillows.

Listing needs to be more clear on bringing towels and sheets, paper towels, etc. Pillows in small family room were stained and there was a pet odor in that room. Washer and dryer were filthy on the outside. The setting and neighbors were really nice. Plenty of sleeping arrangements.

The house itself has ample room for a group, a nice location on a canal, a great neighborhood, and an enjoyable back screened porch and family room. Unfortunately, our experience was severely impacted by the condition of the property upon arrival. When we checked in at 5:00 PM, the house was completely uncleaned. There was food left on the floor, dirty tables, counters, and sinks, and every trash can was overflowing. The toilets were dirty, and the refrigerator contained left-behind items and smelled bad. We immediately messaged the owner through the app to report the mess. While the owner was responsive ("Really, I am really sorry. A contractor was there and said he cleaned the house. I can have the maid come by and clean the house"); then later explained there was a cleaning misunderstanding with a contractor, the resolution was highly disruptive. Because a local housekeeper was unavailable, the owner had to drive four hours to clean the property themselves. As a result, we - tired from an 8-hour drive and traveling with a dog - had to vacate the house late Sunday evening while it was being cleaned. We were finally able to access the clean home at 12:12 AM, more than seven hours after our arrival. Better communication and preparation prior to check-in could have prevented this incredibly stressful experience.

Thank you for acknowledging the house’s ample space, beautiful canal location, great neighborhood, and enjoyable screened-in porch and family room. We’re glad you were able to appreciate those aspects of the property. We also appreciate you recognizing that we responded immediately to your concerns. Unfortunately, there was a serious misunderstanding with a contractor who had been entrusted with preparing the property, and we have since terminated our relationship with them and will not be allowing them to work at our home again. This is absolutely not the standard we hold our property to, and it does not reflect how our home is typically maintained. We have been a family-owned business for over 20 years, and we take tremendous pride in our properties and our guests’ experiences. This occurred over the holiday weekend, when our regular housekeeper was out of the state, making it more difficult to arrange immediate assistance. Nevertheless, the owner drove to the property, personally cleaned, and did everything possible to get the home ready as quickly as possible. We are incredibly sorry for the stress and inconvenience this caused, especially after your long drive and traveling with your dog. This is not a normal experience for our guests, and we have taken steps to ensure something like this does not happen again. Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing our efforts to resolve the situation.

Great location to see the entire area. The screened in porch with the view of the inlet was amazing and we spent a lot of time out there. Really appreciate being able to have our dogs with us. Host is very responsive!

This house was very nice! 2 bunk beds in one room and two queen size beds in the other two rooms! The master bathroom is small and so is the other bathroom! The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking! I loved the kitchen! There is a small living room with sofa and a chair and the big livingroom had a huge sectional which was very comfortable! There is a deck on one side and a screened in deck in the back very huge! There is water in the back which we caught some crabs and jellyfish it was a lot of fun! Hosts are very nice! There is a washer and dryer but it’s in the garage and you can’t access it thru the house you have to go outside! I would definitely stay here again! It’s wheelchair accessible! It’s an older house but it’s very roomy except for the bathrooms! The bedrooms are medium size!

(Honest feedback) Very spacious home, on the bay which was nice. Loved that my dog was allowed. The arrival/departure process was super easy. Property could use some work to feel more inviting but that's my own preference. The house was clean just a bit fun down. Blinds had holes, beds were very unstable and wiggly, the entrance door from garage to house wasn't accessible, and we were hesitant to use the washer/dryer so not sure if they worked. The weather was extremely HOT while we were there, and the air conditioners were phenomenal! Pretty close to the beach ocean city and walmart for food & such which were huge bonuses for us. It was located within a really nice residential area. The house had a beachy feel, yet a bit cramped in between houses! Quiet. Plenty of dish ware and utensils. Supplied paper towels and toilet paper but had to bring your own sheets/blankets/towels. The cookware could use an upgrade in my opinion but usable. Nice ramp to enter the house which could be useful for some. Overall, we would recommend this home for a short vacation. We did have a lot of fun! :-)

Great location in Ocean Pines lived the back screened in deck. Plenty of space for large groups. Only complaint was that the beds were a bit small for us but overall the property had what we needed and we enjoyed our stay!

Welcome to Motel 6After reading several reviews, we expected this to be a pleasant place to stay. Unfortunately, the home needed a deep cleaning and was not maintained in a way that made it feel like a comfortable “home away from home.”Upon arrival, the hall bathroom toilet was clogged, so we purchased a plunger to remedy it. Many dishes had been put away unwashed, which was disappointing and frankly disgusting; This is not an owner issue but a previous renter issue. The washing machine was broken, and both patio door locks were not functioning, leaving us without a reliable way to secure the doors. We were told these items would be replaced after our stay.The interior and exterior also need significant updating, and the surrounding properties were in poor condition and quite an eyesore. Decking boards on the front ramp are missing 50% of the screws, and the boards are beginning to curl, causing a tripping hazard. Blinds had holes; beds were very unstable and wiggly,With proper care and attention, this could be a slightly more enjoyable property. Unfortunately, until the necessary cleaning, updates, landscaping, and repairs are completed, including some of the surrounding properties, I cannot recommend it.Positive: The owners responded promptly to our concerns and indicated the issues would be addressed after our stay. We appreciated their responsiveness, but the condition of the property significantly affected our overall experience.

Ocean Pines is a wonderful community. So close to Berlin and Ocean City. Great house. Beautiful screened in back porch overlooking the water. Quiet neighborhood. So much room. This house is such a pleasure to stay in.
