What an amazing stay! This property was perfect for our group of six families! The house had everything we needed and the clubhouse, pool, and other amenities were fabulous! Most impressive for us was having a table where all 15 of us could eat at the same time! We hope to be back next year!

This house was excellent for our family vacation. We have been renting in Orlando for several years now, and this was by far the best overall experience and house that we have ever had. The house was very well stocked and perfectly cleaned. there was room for everyone to spread out and not get on each other‘s nerves, for group of 16 that’s hard to do. The pool was great and was used every day. Communication from management was awesome! If we had the slightest issue, they were on it immediately. I will definitely be renting this for our family again.

We could not have been happier with our stay. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. The club house has a lot to offer. Kids loved it. I would book this property again

Beautiful Clean Home

I stayed at this property for two nights with a friend and I loved it!! The house was beautiful inside, equipped with whatever we needed. The property manager was very helpful with the checkin process. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Great Stay!!

This place more than exceeded our expectation! My family and I both agree, it was outstanding! The amount of space was great for our group of 13. The kitchen was equipped with everything and more than we needed. The host kept in constant contact before, during and after to ensure we were provided with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend your home to anyone looking for a beautiful home with tons of space. Thanks for making our Christmas special!!

it was good loved it will come back

Loved our stay The house was just as pictured! We had a group of 18 and it couldn’t have been better with all of the bedrooms. Everyone had their own space and it was perfect. We all loved the pool and spa, even though the weather wasn’t all that warm. The property manager was quick to respond when we forgot the door code! The location was good too! Thank you for the perfect home for our family to gather!

The cleanness of the house was not suitable temperature in the pool in hot tub didn’t work.The sheets on the bed were not clean, had to wash them myself.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. Regarding the pool heating and spa, we did not charge you because the temperatures in December and January can be unstable. As I mentioned, the pool/spa heating will not work if the temperature drops below 65 degrees. Additionally, please note that in the listing, it specifies that it is a spa, not a hot tub; therefore, it does not heat up in the same way. Concerning your complaint about the sheets, I noticed you sent pictures of the wear and tear damages, but I was waiting for the photos of the stains. If there is a stain on the sheets, our laundry team is instructed not to use them, and they have been sending us pictures of any stains on sheets, pillowcases, or towels. We were very surprised to hear this complaint. If you have the pictures of the stains, please forward them to us so we can take the necessary action. Thank you again for your feedback.

Fantastic!

This home was perfect for our large family Christmas gathering. Everything was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and well stocked. Our host, Shakila, was the most amazing host I've ever dealt with in all my years and years of VRBO renting! Very responsive and even had new pool sticks and chalk delivered to the house during our stay when I mentioned one was broken. She simply went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us - including offering to provide any necessary adaptive equipment for one of our wheelchair bound family members! No one has ever offered that before. If you need a large home for your get together, don't hesitate with this one!
