'Beachside Palace Villa' is very well located for a fantastic family holiday, you are very spoilt for choice when it comes to beautiful sandy beaches. The villa itself is the height of luxury, located in a fantastic location, sea is literally across the road (minor), and less than 400 yards from a series of sandy beaches stretching along Pernera's coast.

For evenings, there are local restaurants within 5 minutes walk, or it's a 15 minute walk to the main restaurant area of Pernera.

We provide a very useful information Guide in the villa (emailed to you once booked) this gives walking and driving directions to the best beaches, restaurants and amenities, these are all marked on a series of hand crafted maps. There are also some great walks along the coastline from the villa, and a family oriented water park in easy driving distance.

Beautiful villa. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we had everything we needed. The villa was very spacious and pool was a great size and very well maintained.

Very comfortable and well maintained villa.

Whole stay was very comfortable, all appliances in good condition and we could stay like home. I had accidentally deleted the mail with check-in instructions but host,Pete, was very easy to reach and helpful. Kids loved the evening time in private pool as well.

Perfect Property

The villa is spotless inside and out. Exactly as decribed and in a great location, approx. 5 mins walk to the nearest beach and restaurant. We were so appreciative of the owners help and information. We would like to say thanks and hope to stay again in the future!

Excellent villa in lovely area

The villa is in an area close to the beach and a couple of bars/tavernas.Plenty of space around the pool to soak up the sun, pool was also cleaned twice a week.Communication with the owner was easy and we greatly appreciated being able to have a late check out.

We had a brilliant stay at this villa for 10 days at the beginning of September. The location is great, just a few minutes walk takes you to a nearby beach which is quiet and secluded, and there are great shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The villa check in process was super simple and the property owner kept in touch throughout our trip. The villa was clean, modern and had everything we needed to make for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. It also has a brilliant pool which is of really good size with a pool slide that kept ourselves and friends entertained. Overall we had a great stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Pernera - we would definitely return!

Perfect accommodation in a quiet location

Absolutely perfect week’s stay with family. Great facilities at the villa for all ages, especially the pool and bbq area. Close by to essential amenities such as shop and a couple of bars. If bigger shops or livelier nightlife is wanted it’s only a 10 minute drive into Protatas for this. I really hope to make it back here at some point in the future.

this was my second time at the villa so that says a lot.the villa is in a nice secluded area but close to local ammenities.the villa is clean and well mainained and ideal for my families needs. i could not recommend this villa highly enough.

Great Location. Great Villa

This is a lovely private villa which is in easy reach of many amenities. You could manage without a car as there is a bus stop 1 min away and a couple of little shops and restaurants within walking distance, however I would recommend a car. Villa v clean and well equiped, beds are comfortable and the managing agents v helpful. Lots to do in the area, especially water related activities. Sirena Bay is 2mins away with it's delightful small beach and funky chilled bar/ restaurant.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks this summer in Cyprus. The villa was lovely - we didn't spend much time inside as the weather was fantastic. The slide made a great addition to the pool. With a family of 7 - a dish washer would have been welcome!

Great holiday at Beachside Villa

What more could you want from a holiday villa ? Great location near enough to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The villa is well equiped and we wanted for nothing. The pool was brilliant and as it was there it would have been rude not to use it every day. The villa was clean and well maintained and the owner provided a great local information pack. We tried several of the restaurants recommended and they were all great. A must visit is Loulaudia Restaurant "The Shack" to the locals a real gem. Would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely use again if holidaying in Cyprus.

Nice villa close to beautiful beaches

The villa was new and clean. Very well equipped! It has a private pool, sun beds and an outdoor sitting area with an umbrella. It ensures privacy, although surrounded by other villas. Within a walking distance or a few minute drive there are beautiful beaches with cristal water to choose among. Some are more crowdy than others. Small stores and restaurants are within a walking distance. Large supermarket is located in Paralimni ( a few minute drive). I highly recommend.

A new experience.

Directions to villa could be improved.Did not help that when we arrived somebody had left on the lights and TV which is very confusing as we thought that we had the wrong Villa. No instruction on the safe number so I had to call the office. In your details that you sent me it said 3 bedrooms which were 2 twin and one double? This was not so it was 2 doubles and one twin. Which was not very good for 6 Ladies to share. The bedrooms lacked mirrors. The Fridge Freezer did not seem to working correctly as we put it on full but this still did not cool things down in the fridge part may be this needs looking at. Overall we had everything that we required in the villa. I would definately go back as it is in a perfect area and the pool was well maintained.

- We will improve the driving directions following your recommendations - The lights/TV are left on by our Local Management Company, this they do for all the Villas they maintain, the idea is the customer can find there way in easier, and will have no trouble putting the TV on. Unfortunately I probably can't alter this practice, but I will try to change this or make this clear to guests - Safe instructions should be in Villa folder in Villa we will check. - Regarding the Fridge Freezer, this I'm told is a common problem in hot climates, guests must not turn the fridge to Max, as this causes the fridge to be overloaded, the compressor gets hotter and food never cools. Don't use Max setting - be patient.

We stayed here and found the villa to be very clean and had everything you needed,, it has a great pool. Had to contact the property manager about some minor issues and he sent someone around straight away on each occasion so didn't have to stay in all day also, contact with the owner was great he replied very quickly to any questions wr had. The Villa is located about 20 min walk into the main Pernera strip or 5 min drive. The beach is about a 10 min walk. I would def stay here again if I come back to Pernera Thank you for letting us use your property. :)

Nice spot for relaxing holidays

The villla is not far away from Kalamies Beach and Vyrsoudia Beach (where a delicious restaurant - Agialos - is located). The villa was clean and well prepared. Everything such as towels, bed linen has been provided. In addition to that once a week housekeeping service and for emergency cases (no internet, ...) a hotline was also provided. The beach is about 500m away, bakeries between 1-2 km. What else is necessary for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Nothing - we will come back to protaras,...nice spot...

Great stay, great location

The property is in a great location, in a walking distance from Serena Bay - a beach mostly for youngsters, and within 10-minute walk from Aegialos beach - more of a family beach. The owners were easy to contact. The house was very clean, so was the swimming pool. Recommended.

Great for families with kids

The location is great for families with children. We used the Golden Coast beach which is 5 min walk from the villa. It is clean, sandy and very safe for children. There are several mini-markets just around the corner, where you can buy everything you need and local fruit and veg. We enjoyed fresh strawberries and watermelon! The villa was very cosy, clean and had enough space for everyone. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool with the slide. Sometimes, it was even difficult to drag them to the beach, they preferred to play in the pool. Pete, the owner gave us a lot of useful information prior the visit, and Chris the manager was always available when we had questions or needed his help. Overal, it was great, relaxing time for adults and the kids.

Great house with nice pool

We stayed here for 2 weeks it was the first time we have stayed in pernera witch was a nice change the villa itself was lovely and spacious the outside area was enough for the 7 of us and needed a little bit of TLC but this didn't have any impact on our stay it is advisable to have a car as the road near the villa is not lit at night and at the time we were there was used as a big diversion All in all a great villa with a good pool and Slide which the kids loved...we will try and book again the next time we visit Cyprus Booking with Pete was easy and stress free

We have enjoyed holidaying in Cyprus many times, and favoured the golden beaches of the East Coast. Located on the eastern side of the island, Pernera is a perfect holiday destination. There is always plenty going on, without it being too rowdy. Pernera is blessed with a series of small, sandy beaches, each located in a small cove and, each with its own charm. We can also walk to our two favourite restaurants.

What makes this property unique

At our property we enjoy - home from home comforts, everything is top quality and provided. - convenience of location for beaches, beachside walks, snorkelling, peace and quiet yet near enough to amenities when needed. - total relaxation, when you holiday infrequently it's important to get it right and not waste money.
