This wonderful 3-bedroom gem is in a perfect location, just 10 minutes walk to the historic Kailua-Kona town. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with private parking available on property. We have had each level listed on VRBO for many years, both maintaining 5 stars and great reviews, reflecting our sincere aloha and passion in welcoming visitors around the world. If you would like to get detailed information and guest reviews, please go to Lehua Lounge for the upper level, and Hibiscus Hale for the bottom. This townhome offers 3 bedrooms, 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. The downstairs living room provides additional space with a queen bed and twin bed for extra comfort, air mattress available upon request. Newly installed AC units, keeping you cool and comfortable at night if needed or if you need to cool down after a days adventure. Ceiling fans and floor fans throughout the rest of the house.
Upstairs level has an AC unit in the living room and AC’s in each bedroom.
Downstairs level has an AC in the bedroom and an AC in the living room. WiFi, access to laundry room, guests can relax and unwind in style. You're sure to make a lifetime of memories with a stay at our place. Paradise awaits!

Awesome Vacation

The property was clean, centrally located, the kitchen had everything we needed. There were provided beach towels and everything needed to have a GREAT vacation. Lots of fans, and A/C. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Read the Fine Print on this one.

I learned a lesson here, read the fine print. When a unit says AC, make sure it's available throughout the house or unit. AC in this case was 2 portable units in just two bedrooms leaving the kitchen, dining area and living room extremely uncomfortable. In addition, though it was listed as a three bedroom unit one of the bedrooms was completely separate with no AC at all. In addition one of the AC units failed. One of the two toilets failed and had to be shut off. Utensils in the kitchen weren't clean and there were also large ants in the bedrooms and elsewhere from time to time. Both AC and toilet were not repaired during our stay though we notified the manager with ample time to repair them. Communications were difficult due to the lengthy messages and my failure to notice long text message may have numerous pages that are hidden. Also, laundry is available, but the units are outside, available to all the visitors and right under the lanai. Luckily we did not have anyone using them besides ourselves. Otherwise the stay here was just OK, not worth the price.

You know, we have been hosting for 8 years, and all of our guests have really had a great time as we have worked so hard to tend to everyone’s needs and concerns and there are always going to be little things here and there that our guests and my team and I always thoroughly work out as we are hands on and always available 24-7. This review here is the most disrespectful message to us that we’ve had in the 8 years accommodating thousands of guests from around the world. I really never leave and negative messages, but this man Joseph is completely the most negative guest we’ve had to our beautiful island. This listing is a combination of 2 listings that have been running for years. We have new air conditioners in the rooms and they cool the entire unit very well. Our manager installed them, and Joseph couldn’t figure out how to work them with the manual left there. They all worked fine. There was a light squeak when the water was filled in one of the toilets, all it was is the float valve which we replaced and those things happen. The laundry room is right out of the door. The other guests have their own washer/dryer in the unit, so it is not shared. It’s a duplex, you walk out of the door and into the other unit. Joseph, I’m so sorry you had such a horrible time. It’s Hawai’i, we are not doing this to be ridiculed, I think you need to lighten up and relax especially here in the aloha state. The price is so very reasonable. Future hosts, be wary of this guest as you will definetly have something for him to complain about because there’s no enjoying the trip for him but to just complain and lie about things. Aloha!
