This place was so awesome! I had to get ready for my wedding with my bridesmaids and it was the perfect spot. Host was so great and allowed us to check in early and checked out late. Highly recommend.

Jim was a super nice host. The flat was very clean and comfortable. We had much space, an outdoor shower, quiet surrounding and nice views to the sea. Town was in walking distance. It was perfect. Thank you very much.

This is a really nice property in Kona. It was very comfortable and very well furnished. Jim, who lives upstairs on the property, was a very gracious and friendly host. The views from the lanai are spectacular.

Very comfortable property with everything that we needed for a short stay in Kona. Easy communication with the host and convenient location. Make sure to make the short walk down to the beachfront to see an amazing sunset!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kimo's Getaway. The neighborhood is a little rough looking but the property itself was wonderful. It had everything we needed and very comfortable.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The host was easier to communicate with check-in was simple. He was accommodating and friendly. The hot tub was wonderful. The yard was beautiful and the house itself was beautiful and the view was amazing.

One of the best stays ever. Not only was the property beautiful, spacious, big kitchen, gorgeous bedrooms with plenty of ventilation and sunlight, access to outdoor gardens, but Jim had tiny details printed out at all key locations inside the house saving the guests from trying to “find” answers. I appreciated those details the most. Everything was excellent about the property and we’d love to revisit next time!

This vacation spot is the one. We loved it. The photos wont do it justice. The view was better then expected. Jim was a great host he has some great coffee that we drank every morning. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Thank you Jim for a wonderful stay.

The location is near to a small beach & restaurants. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has a variety of seasoning & utensils. We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch with a view of the ocean, above nearby rooftops. There was good cross-ventilation & ceiling fans, which was helpful since there is not A/C here. Jim was helpful & easy to communicate with as needed.
