Thanksgiving Getaway

We really enjoyed our time! The property was spacious and perfect for our family. We were able to play games together but also had space to have time to ourselves.

Our great family get-away! Secluded and serene. The home was perfectly situated for Granparents, Parents, and Grandkids with separate accommodations for each and space for everyone including the pups! Comfortable beds, quiet surroundings, Cameroon and bunks for kids, cozy living room for snuggling on the couch with a good book, and a large kitchen and dining area for preparing meals and game nights! The correspondence before, during, and after was informative. Make sure you pack and bring toiletries and paper goods for trash and kitchen/bath. Extra laundry or dish pods also recommended. They start you with a small supply but we generated quite a bit of dishes, laundry, and trash with 8 people. The hot tub was relaxing, no one ever felt like we were crowded, and...if it iss still available, we are already discussing a return visit! It was a much needed break! Very happy to have chosen this spot and Southern Comfort took care bob the rest! Directions to the house were clear. The drive up the mountain was idyllic, and the town of Blue Ridge is quaint! Also HOGHLY recommend a tubing adventure on the river-FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY (ages 62 to 6)
