This cabin is absolutely amazing! The location has the most amazing views and in the evening you can see a lot of cute deer's around. There are also beautiful trails and creeks all over the area. The cabin itself was super comfortable and the host made sure to have essentials such as snacks, extra sheets, towels and bathroom necessities. We highly recommend it and we will definitely be coming back in the near future!
Great house, really made our trip much more enjoyable having such a relaxing place to stay! No loud neighbors, clean, great beds, no issues at all with Internet and the extra gravel pad was very helpful to park a trailer!
We booked this home for Christmas 2024 and stayed for 5 days. This is a beautiful property located perfectly in the mountains. The owners have clearly thought of almost every aspect any guest would enjoy to make their stay perfect. It was beautifully decorated, even for the Christmas season. We had a couple of minor questions for the owner when we were there; they were quickly responsive and had immediate solutions for our minor requests. We likely will be returning provided our schedules accommodate for next Christmas. You WON'T be disappointed if you should choose this property.
We had an amazing time in Cherry Log! We absolutely loved the house, the surrounding area, and everything about it. We loved sitting on the porch and watching for deer and seeing them everywhere we went. Communication was quick and easy. We can’t wait to return one day to this amazing property! Thank you so much!
I really appreciated the communication and the detailed messages you sent for the cabin information. My family and I greatly enjoyed our visit and are definitely considering coming back!
Thank you and have a wonderful day!

The cabin is beautiful! It is nestled in a valley with great scenic views. The property itself is large, and the area around it is very quiet and peaceful. The cabin was easily accessible, very clean, the beds were comfortable, and downtown Blue Ridge was a hop skip from the cabin. Great location!
We really enjoyed staying at this property. The home is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to many great things. We toured and dined in Blue Ridge then retreated to our sanctuary to relax in the hot tub, play pool, sit by the fire, watch movies, etc. We went tubing, which was just a couple minutes away. We also hit Tallulah Gorge (1.5 hours) and Amicalola Falls (45 mins and awesome).Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, environment was very quiet and peaceful. The home was easily accessible, paved all the way to the front door. Our family really enjoyed our stay, and so will yours!
We so enjoyed our time at this lovely mountain home. We played games, used the spa, cooked dinner, watched streaming TV, completed TWO 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzles (our own) and played pool. The area around Blue Ridge is so pretty. Deer were in abundance around the cabin, too. We drove to the town center in Blue Ridge and enjoyed the shopping. The patios were very nice, though we used only one of them (next to the kitchen). Thank you, Nicki and Corey, for allowing us to have a nice long weekend getaway coming from F-L-A!
Had a great time at this beautiful cabin in the woods. We showed up a little late at 8pm and had some trouble using our pin code on the door lock to get into the cabin. Luckily, we were able to communicate with our hosts via the Ring doorbell for them to give us access. Otherwise the stay was great and we had fun utilizing the gas fire pit and hot tub on the deck. The cabin is well stocked with everything you might need from starter coffee to extra toiletries if you forgot an essential. We had 6 in our party and had plenty of room and beds.

Nice cabin but..
Our stay was pretty amazing but had a few issues. We did let the owners know and hopefully it will be taken care of before your stay.
First issue was the towels, (white) had major stains. Not sure what the stains were from but I was not going to take a chance. After I washed the hot tub (colored) towels, just in case, we used these for the remainder of the trip.
Second issue was the stains on the floor upstairs. Again not sure what the stains are from so we wore shoes the entire time.
Third was the water pressure. Only one person could take a shower at a time. You could not run washer/disherwasher at same time. Or water would completely shut off.
Now to the good stuff!
Drive to cabin was easy, you could drive any vehicle up without any trouble.
Major privacy- super quiet and we saw deer almost every morning out the back of the cabin.
This cabin is fully stocked and the owners provide many things you just may have forgotten to bring.
Great location. Short drive to many stores, restaurants, and trails/waterfalls.
Owners are very responsive and helpful.
From the first time I ask Nicki a question to the last day on our trip Nicki communicated with us the whole time making sure that we had no problems ( my first question was if I need a 4xd to go to the Cabin and I did not ). The drive to get there was peaceful , easy and so beautiful, but the big surprise was the Cabin itself, is just perfect ! We are city people trying to enjoy the outdoors but with kids all age to my 70 year old mom we got some concerns about bears and other things, but Nicki’s Cabin got a amazing front deck that has all the amenities to enjoy the outdoors but safe all the way to the top . We enjoyed all the amazing balconies, outside dinner, hot tub , we roast marshmallows with the kids on a gas fire pit, we enjoyed the views and the water noise from the creek, birds singing and the wind on the trees. Inside was just as entertaining with tvs, game room, beautiful furniture ,cozy fire place and comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you need and much more. Will be a family tradition stay there for now on 💕
We enjoyed our vacation at this cabin. The owners were very responsive to a couple of questions we had. It was our intention to relax and recharge. We did just that.
