Step into Kaanapali Shores 401, a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that offers central A/C, a private washer/dryer, and panoramic ocean views. This property has elevators. Unit 401 can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, offering a peaceful oceanfront view to wake up to each morning. The second bedroom provides two full-size beds, catering to both children and couples. The property also includes a modern, well-equipped bathroom, ensuring a refreshing start and end to your day. The living room offers a pull-out sofa bed in the living room for additional guests, ensuring everyone has a place to rest. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a delightful dinner night in, allowing you to enjoy the comforts of home while on vacation.

This stay was perfection! We stayed the first week of January and had 4 adults and 3 kids (17, 14, 10) and it fit us perfectly. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and toiletries for us all. My Perfect Stays was in contact with us throughout our stay and we needed just a few things that they provided to us quickly when requested. The view off the balcony was a perfect way to start each morning and end each day. Even when inside we had views of the ocean from every room. As for the property, they had a great concierge that helped us with recommended places near by and helped us set up a few excursions as well. The pools were a 10 for the kids and we could see them perfectly from the room when they went down before us. There’s some restaurants, grocery, food trucks, and beaches all within walking and short driving distances away. We’ll be booking here again next time we stay!

The property was just as advertised, with views that exceeded our expectations. The property even had some live music that we could hear from the balcony one evening. People were friendly, and the property management company was responsive, although we didn't need much support. Unit was great and the property was great. We would definitely come back!

Just an absolutely wonderful place! Stunning location in every way. The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed and more. The resort (the Shores) was perfectly sized to have everything we wanted — two pools, bar/restaurant, beach, ocean rentals and towels, plenty of lounge chairs, shops, etc. but the condo was the standout…if you want a prime oceanfront location where you are looking at the turtles swim by while having coffee in the morning, or relaxing with the sunset directly in front of you while sitting on the balcony, this is it! A great addition was that the management company was friendly, helpful, and timely with all communication, too!

This place is wonderful! You could not be any closer to the ocean; we watched a gorgeous sunset from the wrap around balcony every night! The unit is large and exactly as depicted! Great location and plenty of room!

This property has an ocean view from each room. The kitchen is stocked if you want to stay in and cook. I loved that I could send the kids down to the pool and see them from our balcony. This is an older property, but it is kept up well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Had an awesome time! We would stay there again. The room is far from the elevator, but worth the walk because the view is worth the walk. The place had everything we needed. The master was really comfortable. This unit could probably use a little updating at some point but we loved it.

GREAT location/GREAT amenities, and a family friendly resort. We especially enjoyed the newly renovated kids pool…hours of fun. Grocery store across the street was bonus. Corner room with Garden/Pool/Ocean view and wraparound lanai was outstanding. Floor plan was comfortable and perfect for our party of 6 (4 Adults/2 Children). Kaanapali Shores is an excellent value and had everything we needed for the week. Unit could use a cosmetic update on furniture, and desperately needs new screens, but other than that, if you are looking a clean/comfortable/convenient property…this is a winner.

Breathtaking Views! Amazing Stay

My friends and I can't say enough good things about this rental. This unit is oceanfront as shown on the listing where the view is breathtaking and you can hear the relaxing waves throughout your stay. The beach is steps away. Amenities are complete, property is conveniently located and close to a grocery store, food trucks and restaurants. The communication with the my perfect stay team is excellent. The only recommendation we would make is to have luggage carts available for vacationers as it is more challenging to haul your groceries from the parking lot to your room.

We love this condo. It was perfect for our family of 6. They had the cutest welcome package with coffee and local treats, which was an awesome added touch. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, dish soap etc. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a must do we loved that. The view though is the one thing I can’t Say enough about - it was incredible. Even the kids were blown away!

Pros Truly oceanfront large wraparound patio Block out drapes for hot afternoon sun Air conditioning worked great Beds comfy Pool are close to our elevator. Cons Maui life realty just started managing this unit. Still needs some housekeeping items which I am sure they will take care of. Unit is as far from elevator as possible. Needed a wagon to move groceries from car to unit. Private unit so unable to use hotel bellman or luggage dolly. I would definitely stay there again
