Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Please leave dishes in dishwasher. We'll happily unload them ourselves.
Please put used towels in the downstairs shower. Don't worry about the bed linens. We got it!

Lovely farmhouse walking distance to Lake Delavan. Spacious, clean and well appointed with 4 private rooms. Perfect for a family vacation with loads of activities to enjoy in the area. Friendly, responsive, and thoughtful hosts were the bow on a beautifully wrapped package. Highly recommend!

Wonderful weekend!

We had such a great time at the farmhouse. The property was charming and spotless! Every room was super clean and very well arranged. We had absolutely everything we needed for the weekend.The hosts were so lovely and welcoming. They made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.The weather was perfect for us to enjoy the well-kept barbecue area and the fire pit.We were right next to Delavan Lake and only a quick drive away to Lake Geneva. Great location!We will definitely come back and we highly recommend it!

Summer Getaway

My family of 8 stayed here during a summer weekend, we all fit comfortably and were impressed with the cleanliness of the property. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and time into the historic restoration. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The owners live next door and checked on us throughout our stay. Walking distance to the Village Supper Club and Lake Delavan which is a plus! Only thing that we would change is the parking. Despite ample parking space, if your group has more than 2 cars there is a charge of 50/car/night which is disappointing when the house is advertised for 8. Wouldn’t stop us from staying again in the future.

Lovely Farm House

What a lovely stay at the 'Farm House'. The home was immaculate and the hosts, Donna & Bryan paid attention to every detail to make our stay comfortable, restful and memorable. The home was pristinely clean. The hosts lovingly decorated the place with enjoyable amenities and curated antique details. The area was close to the quaint town & lakes, yet serene and quiet. Parking and the outdoor spaces were ample and private. Nature was bountiful. The hosts were thoughtful, kind and readily available with any questions and information about the area. They had nice treats waiting for us, which was a welcome and nice touch! There is a well stocked kitchen & bathrooms, extra linens and towels help make a stay worry free. They had many fun items, great books, record player, many games, tv choices and an outdoor fire seating area, activities that could keep a family busy for a long time. Every detail was well thought out. We would definitely return to this home when in the area again! Thanks Bryan & Donna
