Stunning Lakeside Retreat: Delavan Lake Home with Lake Views & Lake Access


We’d love to host you in our newly built, five bedroom lake view home in Delavan, WI! We’re a short walk to the yacht club, the Inn Between and the Lounge for easy access to entertainment, food and gift shops. Minutes to Lake Geneva, the home is over 3,000 square feet with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a finished basement, complete with a bunk room and foosball table for the kids. Flat screen TV's in every bedroom, the family room and the basement hangout area. Enjoy a new kitchen, new furniture and new appliances.

Come enjoy one of the most iconic lakes in the midwest!

We have two other homes listed on VRBO that are also new builds

- 5br/3ba lake view home (4718007)

NOTE: Lake access is offered through an easement in our neighborhood about 150 yards from the home and you can walk the lake from there. We do not have a pier or dock included with the rental. The home has beautiful lake views through the trees but it is not waterfront.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any evidence of smoking inside the house is a minimum $5,000 cleaning fee.
The maids do not clean outside so if they have to clean around the porch or outside (cans, cigarette butts, etc) there will be a $90-$500 fee added.
We do allow up to 14 guests but due to the extra clean up required there is a fee of $18 added per stay for any guest over 8.

Property was just as described and photos in the listing. Nice quiet neighborhood with glimpses of Lake Delavan between the trees across the street. Short drive to Lake Geneva and Delavan shopping. Kitchen was well equipped however we did find a few dishes and glasses with chips or cracks. Outdoor grill is probably due for a replacement. And Fleet Farm is close by and now my new favorite place to shop.The following is NOT a criticism but just a note for any groups with a disabled person. One of our party is is in a wheelchair and the steep driveway made it a little tricky to get her into the house. We were able to manage that by unloading in the garage and then a minor maneuver up a couple of short steps into the house. The first floor had 2 bedrooms and an open floor plan which worked out well for us (and also why we chose this property) however the first floor bathroom is small and a little difficult for her to use. Again, this is not a criticism but just a note. The owner promptly answered a couple of our messages. Overall, this is a great property and we enjoyed are stay there very much.

Christmas Get-away

We just had a wonderful Christmas celebration with all of our family at this beautiful home. The floor plan on the main floor makes it enjoyable for large groups to have small gatherings for conversations and activities without disturbing others watching a game on TV. The downstairs is setup for teenagers and young adults who want to hang out in their own space. Bedrooms are very large and comfortable. The host even decorated for Christmas for us. Overall I would give this an excellent review.

This is our summer home and we're excited to share it with you!

What makes this property unique

It's a brand new home, extremely clean and with all of the essentials. Being there is serene, surrounded by trees in the woods with views and sounds of the lake and a fireplace inside and a great porch with rocking chairs outside. A short walk to restaurants and shops. Deer run through the property frequently throughout the day. The beds are high end and very comfortable. The internet is fast and there are tv's in every room if you need to retreat. The basement is perfect for kids and families with a games and a bunk room.
