Take in brilliant sunsets as you relax in the tranquil hot tub on the back deck. This home is a secluded getaway with sweeping lake views, access to Lake Travis and only a 25 minute drive to downtown Austin. With empty lots on both sides, this quiet gem overlooks the vast lake from the back decks and balcony and from walls of windows in 2 master bedroom and living areas. Swim off the private dock, store your own boat or charter a sail boat ride.

We are fortunate to be located in the deepest part of Lake Travis. Our dock is still in the water with plenty of depth to dock a boat.

The property has a series of spiral staircases and a long staircase down to the lake from the house. The staircase does not reach all the way to the dock because of the current lake level. Guests who are able to walk down the staircases to the dock would likely be able to cross the rocks between the staircase and the dock.
