Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Contact host when leaving before returning keys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Ensure outside lights are turned off when not in use. Do not hang any clothing over the shower curtain in the bathroom.
There's a damage charge of $100 upon arrival for up to 7 nights and $50 for 3 nights per stay. You will get it back after checkout, if no damage.
