To help our guests’ peace of mind, WE AVOID BACK-TO-BACK STAYS. This will help minimize the likelihood of contamination by allowing enough time for Cleaning and Disinfection process:

*Implementing standard check-in and check-out times to avoid early arrivals or late departures to minimize the possibility of disrupting the enhanced Cleaning and Disinfection process.

*Letting the property remain empty for a total of 24 hours after previous stay.

*Once guests have checked out, wait at least 3 hours before entering the property for Cleaning and Disinfection process.

*Ventilate the property during and after the Cleaning and Disinfection process.

*Prioritize cleaning high-touch surfaces such as;
Door handles
Controls and switches (light switches, cooking controls, television controls, fan pull chains)
Bathroom taps, toilet flush handles, toilet seats
Utensils, cutlery and crockery
Furniture such as chairs, tables, and parts of the bed frames
Linen, including those that appear unused
Guest information, brochures and menus

Finally, Implementing Social Distancing with contactless check-in and check-out using keyless door lock.

Spirit store is across the street. Mangrove Gym is next door. Banks with ATM machines and a small Hamburger take out. Mr. Chicken is just few steps away, Grocery store, Italian take out are approximately 10-15 minutes walk or 2 Bus stops from the apartment.

Electrice bike rental is downstair. Car and motor bike rental is across the street(10 minutes walk) at Cambridge resort.

Post Office is located around the corner across the street where bus and ferry passes can be purchased, then, walk along the bay a little further is Cambridge resort with restaurants and bar within the resort!



Royal Naval Dockyard is approximately 7 to 10 minutes bus ride with everything you can think of including a ferry ride to Hamilton or St. George!

OUR APARTMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD FIND IN A HOME...FULL KITCHEN, DINING TABLE AND CHAIRS, KING SIZE BED, FLAT SCREEN TV, A/C, BATHROOM/SHOWER, SITTING ROOM AND BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE PICTURESQUE MANGROVE BAY :)

Somerset Village, a small sleepy and picturesque community, was once a busy maritime port that hugs the Mangrove Bay. The water is crystal clear and perfect for a quick dip or you can just enjoy a stroll on the beach. Stroll along the narrow lanes on both sides of Mangrove Bay road and you will see many pastel color houses with wooden balconies, the small stores and the sleepy lifestyle of the islanders.

Exim Guest Apartment, new fully renovated with all amenities, overlooking the turquoise waters and sail boats of Mangrove Bay. Bus stops are in front of the Building on either directions make it very convenience to tour the Island either by Land or Sea. A ferry station at Watford Bridge is just a walk away.

Few steps across the way is 'Somerset Long Bay Beach' which provides a private local experience. The white, sandy beach, swimming near the coast with panoramic view of the northern coast of the island that doesn't usually get packed with beach goers, watch the Beautiful Magical Sunset every evening.
