The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the locked owners closet, locked cleaners closet, and the locked garage.
We recommend a great time but do have a no-group policy. Absolutely no house parties, overcrowding events, or kegs are allowed.
Please also keep the sliding glass doors and windows closed while air conditioning is in use to save on energy costs and to keep pests out.
