This beautiful two acre lake front home with spectacular open water views and 250 feet of lake frontage on beautiful Lake Tuscaloosa, has just been remodeled and all new furniture and bedding added. More photos will be available soon!
This home is located on a cul-de-sac and has ample parking and great access to lake. Enjoy a large screened back porch as well as a large deck on the lake side of the house, both overlooking the lake.
There is a large two level dock with a large sun deck over the boathouse with plenty of room for everyone to sit, swim, or sunbathe right on the water! You can enjoy swimming right off the dock.
Life jackets and a kayak are provided for your use. Pier 43 Marina is just down the road from us if you are interested in renting a pontoon boat to explore Lake Tuscaloosa or bring your own jet skis. There is plenty of room to park a pontoon boat next to the dock.
The house will accommodate 8 people (2 people in our mother-in-law suite which has a queen bed, a full bath and a mini refrigerator). The primary has its own on-suite with a jetted tub and a separate shower. It has it own sun porch with beautiful lake views. The upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and a full bath is located in the hallway between the bedrooms.
Linens and towels are provided for all beds and bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything new, including a blender and a Keurig coffee maker, or if you want to cook outside, a Webber gas grill/smoker is available. When the cooking is done you can relax and enjoy the evening breeze from the screened back porch, with great views of the lake.
Other amenities include large screen TVs, high speed internet/WIFI and a full size washer/dryer. We are sure your stay will be very confrontable.
The University of Alabama is located about 12 miles from our lake house. Toward Tuscaloosa on Highway 69 about 4 miles away, is a shopping center which includes a Publix grocery store, Taco Bell, hair salon, a liquor and cigar store and Dos Amigo Mexican Restaurant. Also in this area to the north on Highway 43 is a CVS, McDonald's, Jack's, and Domino's Pizza, Waffle House and Jalapeno's Mexican Restaurant.
