The penthouse boasts an open floor plan and embraces exposed architectural elements like pipes, brick, wood, concrete and metal. The blend of rustic materials in furniture and accents is raw and commanding. This smart and sleek space will captivate your mind and transport you back in time. With three full bedrooms and bathrooms, the penthouse has ample space to meet your vacation needs. Two king beds and one queen bed occupy the three bedrooms. A queen air mattress can be found in the closet. Get the total spa experience by indulging in a sauna session or steam shower within the main bathroom. The open-concept kitchen peers into the dining and living spaces. The full kitchen area includes a microwave, range, Keurig, and essential cookware/utensils. The industrial living area offers Italian leather sofas and a large flat-screen television. While the penthouse may be perfect for your next couple’s retreat, adult vacation, or weekend getaway, it is not ideal for all. The industrial aesthetic makes the space unsuitable for children under 10 years of age. As it is located on the third floor of the building and only accessible by three flights of stairs, it is also not suitable for those with strength and mobility issues. Those with sensory sensitivities may want to stay elsewhere due to occasional traffic noise. Finally, while the space provides two designated parking spots, it is not suitable for those traveling with boats, campers, or multiple cars. For all others, the penthouse offers the perfect blend of luxury and history.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Such a unique space, and they've really made the most of it. The roof deck is the bomb! And the location is so convenient. Walking distance from the local landmarks, dining, shopping, and the waterfront. I definitely recommend this place!
We stayed at this penthouse for a friends weekend getaway. It was the perfect spot, close to restaurants, bars and shopping! The weather did not cooperate so being close to these spots was super convenient. Bill was great, quick to respond when we had questions. Would highly recommend!
We rent every year at this time and have stayed in many historic homes in the area. This is now our favorite. Amazing all around! Host was responsive and process was smooth. I would highly recommend
The rooftop deck is amazing with spectacular water views, private hot tub, and gas fire pit table. The central location made this penthouse a perfect stay. We walked everywhere to explore Plymouth- and didn’t have to walk far. The three spacious bathrooms and showers were nice so a few of us could get ready at the same time. The coffee bar was an added bonus. The home is nicely decorated and cozy. Highly recommend this rental if you like older buildings that look brand new. Bill is a great communicator too which made things easy. Book it if you can- it’s rare you will find many rentals like this unique one in a historic building that has all the modern amenities.
We’re Bill and Ashley - originally from Arlington, MA and Wyomissing, PA. We enjoy a good old-fashioned, sharing a laugh, and the simple pleasures in life.
