We had a wonderful vacation. The view from the liv room and kitchen is absolutely amazing! The house was very clean with everything we needed at the house. I will definitely come back in the future.

This home has a spectacular view. Check-in was easy, and the place was very clean. Beach access is by a public stairway 3 doors down. The kitchen is beautiful, the beds are comfy, and there's a ping-pong table! There is a Keurig with plenty of pod choices, but if you like to make your own coffee, bring a coffee maker.

We had an excellent stay. The home is very clean, updated and the thickest towels I've seen at a rental property. Perfect place to stay and visit Plymouth, which is about a 20 minute drive away. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk north of the property to where there is access to the beach via stairs, or a bit longer of a walk further up the street to an easier access to a somewhat wider part of the beach. It was perfect for having meals on the deck, and to look out on Cape Cod Bay. The property has a small deck right at the edge of the back yard, overlooking the beach below. I highly recommend this place.

I have to say that the rental is in a beautiful spot. We really enjoyed the location and the surroundings, and overall the accommodations were okay.There were, however, a few things that I think need some attention. The kitchen stools and some of the kitchen furniture were quite rickety and did not feel safe to use. We actually avoided using them because we were concerned that someone could get hurt.The garbage disposal was also not working during our stay. In addition, we found much of the furniture throughout the rental to be uncomfortable, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the space.The property has a lot going for it, especially the beautiful location, so I wanted to pass these things along in the hope that they can be addressed for future guests.

Overall, met our needs and we had a good time Needed more chairs at the table for eating meals.Kitchen facilities were a little sparse - needed more cooking pots/pans and expected a regular coffee maker. Needed more kitchen utensils for the number of people.Pizza pan would have been helpful.There was no propane in the outdoor fireplace.

We had a wonderful week at this home! Being on the water, watching the sunrise each morning along with all the boats throughout the day was our favorite part. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table and ms. pac man game in the basement and we enjoyed many laughs and family fun down there. Communication from the host was great. The beach access is a short walk at the end of the street. We enjoyed combing the beach for shells and rocks as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Four Nashville girlfriends reserved this outstanding property based on the pictures on the website and the location! We were so excited when we got there and the pictures were reality! You would never know from the front door of the house what “wonderfulness” waits inside! The view is OUTSTANDING! The house is super clean and we loved having hardwood floors instead of old carpet. The four of us each had their own space (one downstairs). It was very accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. We wish everyone we know could experience this house!!

Wonderful vacation experience! Have already booked 2 weeks for next year. Fantastic water view. Amazing house. Kitchen and bathrooms updated and modern. Great laundry and kitchen appliances. Living, dining, kitchen areas with great lighting, comfortable seating. Beds very comfortable. Excellent heating and a/c. House design unusually convenient for the young and agile and the older and less mobile. Just 3 steps to enter/exit from front or back. Older or less mobile will never have to leave the ground level, which has bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry and all essential common areas; for the more agile, spiral stairs lead to a basement game area and additional sleep space. Lots of local things to do and places to eat. Very pleased with Evolve Management. We were assigned a Guest Contact who was easy to reach and very responsive. She helped us with early check-in to avoid arriving in the midst of a Nor'easter. Also reached out to her for one minor issue at the house, and she resolved it quickly and fully.Sue

We would stay again !!!!!The rental is beautiful and the views are amazing. The home interior is well decorated and has a nice layout. The basement is a good escape on a rainy day with the ping pong table and video game. Easy to access and worked very well for our travels to the Cape, Boston, and Salem. There are some areas for improvements. We are not big fans of spiral staircases. So accessing the basement was done only once by each of us. The basement can be finished better. Maybe adding a powder room if not a full bath. Enclosing an area for a bedroom instead of just the bed in a wide open room. The Keurig machine wasn’t working properly but after “Googling” ideas we found out how to make it work. It wasn’t puncturing the bottom of the K-cups. Upon arrival the trash was over flowing outside. One windy day the garbage started blowing into the neighbors and the house backyard. I picked up what I could and put the garbage in another can. That night upon returning from sightseeing all the garbage was gone. A real good idea would be to have a folder or some written instructions for use of the property available on arrival. Such a; which day is garbage day and can the renter put the can out at the street. The day before the garbage blew all over, a garbage truck was collecting on the street. If we would have known we could have easily taken the can to the street. Also in the folder could be ideas for sightseeing or nice places for dining in the area.

The views from the living room and yard are beautiful. We enjoyed the yard (with our 2 young children) quite a lot, and was glad that it was fenced in, because what is not clear from the photos is that the property and abutting properties overlook a cliff, below which is the ocean. There is relatively easy access to the beach (short walk, then some stairs), but from the photos I was under the impression we could let the kids out on the beach in the morning. Given how young our children were, this was not possible, but they had fun in the yard, which was well kept.The basement was not useable for us because 1) it was quite cold and clammy (well, it felt like a basement); and 2) there were water issues from the day we arrived, and when we used the shower. To be fair to the host, the water issues were addressed promptly. Nonetheless, we did not use the basement.The property is in a quiet, residential area. We enjoyed this as it was calm and relaxing for us as a family, but note to others that you will have to drive 10 mins to get to anywhere. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen well appointed--we cooked and baked every day without issue. Checkout instructions were simple.

Perfect getaway. Although I didn’t realize there would be steep stairs down to the beach. The pics make it look like the water is much closer. The short walk down the street does have access to a decent beach. The view from the house is amazing. The bedrooms were comfy, plenty of room. The kitchen pans are sparce but adequate. I would definitely stay here again.
