Spacious and bright, nicely decorated. Easy access to airport and historic districts/downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Police precinct station less than a block away. Great communication with host, easy check in. Would stay again.

Thank you for your fabulous comments. It was my pleasure to host you. Jay
The house is beautiful and quite comfortable. Parking was within a fenced area. There is traffic noise at night but nothing that kept me awake. The police department is two blocks away. The location is a 20 to 40 minute walk from most of the attractions. We enjoyed our stay there.

Thank you for your fabulous comments. It was my pleasure to host you. Jay
Our family loved the interactive games! Our kids enjoyed playing pool, air hockey, and there was even a driving race car game that the kids loved! The hot tub was so relaxing day and night. The best part is the location and spectacular Mountain Views! The three decks allowed us to enjoy the views while making a family meal, playing pool, from our bed, and from the hot tub! It felt like a home away from home! Thank you for letting us experience the best of Wears Valley in your home!
I wish I had taken more photos! The property was absolutely incredible. We stayed in the upstairs portion of the house. It was very clean and modern. All the furniture was comfortable and easily moved around to accommodate different setups. If you enjoy a good bubble bath the tub in the second bathroom was nice and deep. Also the option of off street parking was a huge perk, especially in Savannah. Our host was not only quick on his responses, but very helpful in recommending things to do in Savannah! The location is very close to the downtown area and easily accessible by car or Uber. The neighborhood is a little spicy but we had no problems with any of the surrounding properties or people.

Thank you for your nice comments. It was my pleasure to host you. Jay!
This review pains me. The host was very nice and communicative. Since the beginning he was helpful answering questions and quickly addressed an AC issue during our stay. The unit was really nice. We loved the vintage vibe with modern renovations.I agree with others who state the windows do allow a lot of sound in from outside. This wasn't an issue for us.Our concern qas with the location. While this place is conveniently close to many nice things in Savannah, its also extremely close to many things that are not. I didnt do my homework to look around the address once I booked and had the exact location. Mainly because the reviews that I read atleast didnt mention anything about this. So when we arrived, very late at that, the area seemed sketchy and the gate to park the car was behind the house in a desolate alley. Our concern was validated when we were woken up to gunshots in the middle of the night, followed by police and ambulances. Turns out someone was murdered across the street. We were looked around and couldn't afford anything in some of the safer areas and were only staying one more night so we stayed. Its a shame because the host was amazing, the unit was great, and it is close to where we wanted to be. However, I implore anyone looking to book here to do so knowing the potential of what can happen during your stay. Unfortunately, we can't book here again.

My apology you had this unusual experience which have never ever happened before. Any city you go to close to down town area it is always expected ti be kind of busy area. As you mentioned it is a high end luxurious unit and close to everything and we try to provide an exceptional service with an exceptional pricing. No doubt you were also a great guest to host, I will highly recommend you to any other host out there. Thank you for your stay. Jay!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Luxury Casa B is a very clean property with a parking pad behind a gate which was nice. Jay was great communicating almost all of the details - we could not find the wi-fi password and it would have been great to have a note on the fridge or somewhere with that information. The beds were comfortable and there is ample seating. The windows are not very thick so you do hear a lot of noise from around the hood (depending on if people are walking around late at night or early in the morning - which they were when we stayed). It is not far from restaurants and shopping which was nice and very convenient for us. Also note that there is a long staircase to get up to the unit so if you have mobility issues, this would not work for you.
