This Hill City home is the third we have built here. It boasts 5 inviting bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 full size bunk beds. Each of 4 bathrooms is equipped with a hair dryer and a bathtub/shower for your convenience. With a powder bath off of the kitchen - that's 5 total bathrooms! The soothing atmosphere of this property will make guests feel right at home. Whether you're looking for a nice getaway or a central home base, this home has everything you need for a complete stay. We look forward to welcoming you to this home.

This home is currently under construction and will be available May 10th, 2025.

Our family of four generations had the best time at this house! Everything was immaculate. I only wish we had more than the four days to spend here. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean and had plenty of space for 9 of us. Beds were comfortable, the hot tub was perfect, the kitchen had all the pots & pans we needed. The owner, Chuck, was very friendly and helped us get acclimated to all the things inside the house and the area in town. The game room for the teenagers was a big extra enjoyment for all. The location was great for all our adventures and so close to town. Really enjoyed it!!!!!

Nice clean property. Lots of games and bikes for kids and adults. Close to attractions and Custer State Park. Made s’mores in the fire pit. Loved Sylvan Lake. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Love it!

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Chuck’s properties. It is in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The kids loved the air hockey table and hot tub. Plenty of room for them to have their own space as well. Very clean and we had everything we needed!

Our family of 11 (adult siblings and spouses) stayed here for my 50th state marathon (Crazy Horse). The house was very clean, comfortable and perfect for the trip. It was an easy 20 minute drive to the start but more importantly, was a very pleasant short walk via the path to downtown Hill City. From the address, we thought it would be a short drive so it was so nice to finish a day of site seeing, park the car and walk to dinner. We made dinner at the house too and the kitchen is well equipped. The fireplace made the house cozy on those chilly mornings. Chuck checked in with us mid-stay to make sure everything was good.

Terrific Time at the Home in the Hills!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of Chuck’s homes in this neighborhood in Hill City and it was terrific! This is a beautiful new home in a very nice and new neighborhood with a great view from the front patio. We saw deer making their way through the neighborhood every day!The home itself was fantastic for hosting our group of 10, including grandparents to grandkids. The kids loved the air hockey table, hot tub, bikes, and bean bag toss at the home. The home is very spacious with multiple areas for a large group to enjoy. The multiple refrigerators, gas grill, fire pit, front and back patios, two sets of clothes washers/dryers, plenty of parking, plenty of towels, all the necessary utensils, direct access to the Mickelson Trail, etc. made this a perfect base for our days of exploring the Black Hills. Chuck is a great host and would recommend his properties to anyone staying in the area!
