The host was very helpful and the listing doesn’t really reveal how great the home was! Comfortable, clean, and very “homey”! The neighborhood was quiet and the location was convenient to everything! I highly recommend this home!

Absolutely loved the property - so comfortable and wonderful in every way. Also so grateful for the amazing host David is....we accidentally selected the wrong date for our stay and showed up a day early, he was so kind and accommodating I just could not recommend him or his home more!

This was one of the most memorable and funny things I have experienced as a host. I am sure Cydney and her group were worried having showed up a day early, but luckily it worked out and the home was available. I know the calendar can be deceiving at times. Thank you for the kind review!

Had a wonderful stay in Athens this weekend. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 as we celebrated our oldest’s graduation from UGA. We had my 82 year old mother with us so we needed space that was quiet and comfortable. It was a busy few days and having such a great “home base” was incredibly helpful. Because of the crowds downtown we ate at home for all our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. He had everything we needed. We loved the backyard area - enjoying a cocktail in the evening and a cup of coffee in the morning. Such an awesome space! Loved the large Uga painting in the living room 🖤. Bedrooms and baths were clean, and we all had plenty of room. Highly recommend this house, and we hope to stay here again our next time in Athens!

Wonderful Single Family Home

Stayed here for my daughter's graduation. Family and guests were all complimenting on my good decision. Good place to be able to get ready for the graduation. Comfortable sleeping arrangement and most importantly we could cater dinner after the ceremony for everyone to have a proper dinner and still sit to chat. Home away from home. Easy few mins drive to UGA. Will be back for game day.
