Reverse floor plan with large open living area on the top floor. High end kitchen appliances, gas stove, and an excellently stocked kitchen. Whole house wireless internet and all smart TVs with Youtube TV included...Large TV in living room, with other TVs in the master bedroom and upstairs bedroom. House also provides beach chairs, umbrellas, sheets and towels, extra outdoor fridge, grill, porch hammock, outdoor shower with hot water and a spacious flat fully fenced backyard for your furry friends. Concrete driveway, walk-in rainhead showers, soaking bath tub, porch screens, sky lights and in house telescope all make this home very desirable. Property is being conservatively and selectively rented for eight people max, no smoking. Three day minimum. Keypad combination provided upon reservation.
