Tim and Danielle were long term Long Beach residents who now spend their summers in Long Beach and the rest of the year in Scottsdale, AZ. We're excited to share our vacation home with you! We've been renting our vacation homes (including our other current vacation home in Sedona, AZ) since 2017.

Why they chose this property

We like to call this condo the most walkable home in Long Beach. We rarely have to get into the car when we're there with dozens of restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, and a movie theatre all within blocks.

The weather is beautiful all year round and we love the close proximity to the big city culture of Los Angeles, the theme parks (Disneyland, California Adventure, and Knott's Berry Farm) in Orange County, and the Duffy boat rides in the bay.

What makes this property unique

We have the most walkable unit in our beautiful complex which has great amenities and safety. We fully remodeled and furnished it with a contemporary flair. A wrap-around patio that is right on top of the canals gives us a great outdoor space to relax and take in the cool ocean breezes.
