No glass by the pool. 4 vehicles max per stay. Not allowed to park in the front of the house overnight must move vehicles to the alley or garage.
Must be 25 to rent. There are 2 spaces in the garage and 2 in the drive way in the alley.
No parties. Keep the noise to a reasonable level as this is a HOA community any complaints of noise will incur a 500$ fine.
