We offer 4 well located apartments, 50 meters from the Itaguá beach promenade, where the main bars, beer gardens, pizzerias, shopping, Mc Donald's, kiosks, Ubatuba Aquarium and the entire edge of Itaguá, which is great for practice sports both land and by sea, such as Stund Up Paddle, Walking and running by mountains, Mountain Bike, Sailing, boat tours, among many activities! The fit has 1 parking space. We do not provide bed linen and bath .There accept animals.

Lugar Perfeito para Família

É com muita satisfação que venho agradecer aos proprietários do imóvel, eles pessoalmente receberam eu minha família para entregar as chaves da casa. Ao entrar no imóvel, tudo limpo e impecável. Todos os móveis são novos e os eletrodomésticos da cozinha funcionam perfeitamente. Os quartos tem ar-condicionado, colchões e camas novas proporcionando muito conforto e fazendo minha família ter a sensação de "estarmos em casa". Apesar da residência não estar localizada no centro de Ubatuba, ao redor tem ótimos restaurantes, padarias, drogarias, shopping e mercados dispensando o uso do veículo. Durante a noite, vale visitar a feirinha de artesanato e restaurantes no centro, como fica próximo, a gente foi caminhando pela orla da praia desfrutando da paisagem. Minha esposa e filhos ficaram encantados com o lugar, não tenham dúvida de que retornaremos em breve.

Apartamento maravilhoso, porem decepcionada com a proprietária

O apartamento é muito limpo, bem localizado, equipado com o extremamente necessário. Porem não foi informado que o mesmo encontrava em reforma externa com pedreiros nas janelas por todos os dias. Fiquei bem incomodada por não ser avisada, pois tenho duas filhas que não se sentiram a vontade dentro do apartamento. E quando eu falei para a proprietária do meu incomodo, fui chamada de preconceituosa. Mostro minha indignação pela falta de empatia da proprietária e por ter tido danos com respingos de tinta pelo meu carro a qual a proprietária falou, " É só lavar que sai". Tudo poderia ser perfeito se as pessoas tivessem empatias pelas outras, assim poderíamos entender e evitar brigas desnecessárias.

Imóvel novo! Excelente localização! A Sra. Emília muito atenciosa com todas as minhas solicitações. Pequenos problemas que tive foram solucionados de imediato. Apenas deixei a sugestão para adicionar um micro-ondas, mas quando aluguei já sabia que não tinha. Recomendo! Excelente preço em comparação com o que é oferecido! Muito obrigada por tudo, Emília!

Imóvel espaçoso e bem localizado!

Me hospedei em um dos apartamentos desse imóvel na primeira semana de março. Estávamos em 7 pessoas. E todos tiveram uma boa impressão do apartamento que estava limpo e bem arejado. Imóvel novo, com móveis em ótimas condições e bem espaçoso. Colchões novos e confortáveis para todos. São 2 banheiros com bom espaço e espelhos. Um quarto com uma treliche e uma beliche. No outro uma cama de casal com suíte. Havia muitas tomadas pelo apartamento, o que é ótimo nessa era de muitos celulares e aparelhos pra carregar. A única coisa que sentimos falta é que na cozinha há apenas utensílios básicos para cozinhar. Então, se forem cozinhar, procurem levar alguns itens que talvez possa faltar. É só perguntar pra proprietária Emília, que a propósito foi muito atenciosa, e sempre nos atendeu muito bem. Respondeu prontamente minhas dúvidas. O imóvel fica bem próximo a orla onde há muitos restaurantes e um calçadão que amamos caminhar pela manhã. Como fomos em dois carros, um dos carros ficava estacionado na rua. Mas a rua é bem tranquila. Não senti insegurança. Com certeza recomendo e quero voltar!
