Welcome to STADIUM VILLAS. Location, location, location! Come stay in the shadow of Lucas Oil Stadium. You will be walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown! Two blocks from Convention Center. Stadium Villas have multiple units available at this location. Located just 2 blocks off of I70 and I65 exit. Very safe area. We look forward to hosting you!

The perfect location for Lucas Stadium

We had an event at Lucas stadium and wanted to avoid the traffic in and out, this was absolutely the perfect place to walk from! The upstairs has plenty of space for our family of 4, the kitchen is inconvenient but thankfully they've thought of that and there is a fridge upstairs also

Perfect location if you are going to Lucas Oil Stadium. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was downstairs, the 2 bedrooms, living room, and large bathroom were upstairs.
