Beautiful view and great location to hiking trails and activities in Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge. Game room fun and decking very nice. Loved the decor! Hot tub was a plus also. Fridge and stove-cooktop were top of the line. The grill was nice and was easy to use. Multiple lightbulbs out. No hangers. No broom/vacuum. Upstairs/ Master bedroom—fan/light needed to climb on bed to operate; Only 1 nightstand light; Bathroom needs major makeover since the current toilet is for a toddler, the flapper leaked so was flushing every few minutes and no light over sink so shaving /applying makeup was in the dark;Shower so small had to turn water off to shampoo/condition hair and leaked into lower bathroom so was unable to use for half of the week; flooring is original and separating from the walls in places. Only 1 light in kitchen and bulb under microwave was out so cooking was challenging at times. Unit was very clean but seemed as though the house hadn’t been “inspected” in quite a while. Also the driveway is very steep and thankfully we had 1 large car and 1 small car. 2 large vehicles would require backing out which would be “very” challenging. The specifics of the parking should be explained in the listing. Saw multiple bears, including Mom and 2 cubs; 2 also gave us a closer view when they walked around the deck and looked in at us!! It was a trip we will always remember!!
