House was fine, close to beach. Could not use hot tub, it smelt like mold.

If we had known about the dirty spa during stay, we would have been more than happy to organize our technician to stop by and clean. Beach access was a big draw, property lovely, inviting patio had jacuzzi, bbq grill fire pit and comfortable furniture WiFi was spotty the first day but management was quick to respond and fixed problem with new router Kitchen well stocked with pots pans dishes spices oils and vinegars - we all had a good vacation - will return !! Plenty of beach stuff in garage - beach chairs and umbrella, towels, and a scooter and bikes !!

An amazing, family-friendly home

We were thrilled to be the first guests to stay here after Sunny Days took over this property. The house is clean and inviting, and less than a minute's walk to the sand. The neighbors and neighborhood are great, and Sunny Days was extremely responsive to our requests, including our request for a Pack N Play for our infant. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Good location. Bedrooms and backyard are nice (grill needs new grates). Minor problems were resolved. The number of bath towels (especially hand towels) is lacking. One complaint is the lack of a table that seats 6. That one piece of furniture doesn't seem necessary, that would make room for a larger table.

Good location, nice accommodations, good beds, nice neighbors, nice backyard. Variety of maintenance issues. Started with dead mouse and stench when we arrived. Outdoor area had not been swept and cleaned. Broken shade in one bedroom. Fireplace screen broken and key to turn on gas missing. Missing garage door opener.
