Location, location location! If you are looking for the true Park City experience, this is the place for you! Located in the heart of Park City, our place is convenient to everything! Less than 1/2 mile to Park City Mountain Resort and on the FREE bus system, you can get anywhere in Park City quickly! Grocery store, Starbucks, movie theater and lots of other shopping and eating establishments are across the street so you really don't need a car. There is a private driveway (holds 2 cars +) if you prefer to have your own transportation. The first floor has a very open layout with kitchen open to living room with cozy gas log fireplace. There is a second living space that boasts a pool table for all to enjoy. There is also an in unit washer and dryer, dining area, and powder room on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a jetted tub in the master. Master is oversized with a KING bed and a balcony with a view of the mountains. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a single (twin) bed. This is in the loft. The third bedroom has a full size bed and single (twin) bed. There is a loveseat in the living room that is a TWIN hide a bed. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Condo also includes cable and high speed internet. Condo complex has clubhouse, outdoor pool and 2 oversized hot tubs. Tennis courts are open in summer months only. This is a great location!

Donna and her husband are just the best hosts! the place is very well cared for. Well stocked and all the things in there are picked and stocked like i would have at my own house. We had 3 adults and 4 kids - we all had an amazing time. Centrally located, cozy on the inside and convenient to every thing in Park City and Canyons!
We loved our stay here. It was roomy for our family of adult kids, beds were comfy, we played games and baked and had a great time. Location to Park City mountain was walking distance and the local free bus stop was right outside the door. Fresh market was just across the street so driving wasn’t really necessary. Hosts were very friendly and great to answer questions. Would highly recommend this property!
The home was perfect for our group. We rented another unit across the street for the other half of the family.
This one had everything we needed. Plenty of beds and a cozy place to hang out at the end of a day of skiing. We appreciated the laundry machine. The proximity to the mountain was great, an easy walk. The owners were responsive.
My husband and I traveled with 4 teenage boys. It was an easy walk or shuttle ride to Park City Resort. The pool & hot tub facility was nice and pretty close. Communication with owners was easy. The grocery store is right across the street. You don’t really need a car staying here as the shuttle system will take you anywhere.
We had a wonderful stay, Donna was incredibly communicative in sharing details and check in info ahead of time and checked in to make sure we were all set once we had arrived. The property itself is spacious with all the amenities you could need and with very comfortable beds in a fantastic location close to everything and right off the bus line in park city. I’ve stayed in other condos in the same area and this might just be the best! 100% would stay here again!
The Ferguson's condo was a terrific option for us (we had seven adults). The pool table is a great bonus.
The kitchen is well-equipped, which was great for us as we are fans of dump dinners after skiing and enjoying the nearby Jacuzzi. In unit washer and dryer makes it easier to pack light. The town bus is super convenient to get up to Park City resort center, and it's equally easy to get back if your day ends on the Canyons side. Having Fresh Market across the street is simply optimal.
Donna and Jim are so easy to work with. We had a great time.

Perfect stay for a ski getaway
We had a fabulous stay at Donna & Jim's place! This condo had perfect accommodation for our group of 8 adults, a central & easily navigable location, and lovely common amenities (jacuzzi, sauna). This was our group's first time to Park City and we found the free bus system easy to navigate, with only a minute's walk from the front door to a bus stop with very frequent service. We rented a car to drive up from the airport but barely had to use it, with Squatters, Wasatch Bagel, and Fresh Market each less than a 5 minute walk, and easy bus service to Park City base, Canyons base, Deer Valley and downtown Park City. The condo is even better than pictures show - we had plenty of sleeping & living space for 8 adults and were able to cook up some delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen. Donna was a great host and easy to contact before & during our trip. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would certainly return on another trip to PC.
This was our second time staying at this property. It is in a wonderful location, the host is wonderful and the property is great. Everything is clean and the host is very thoughtful. We love staying here.

Really we had the most excellent stay. Donna is amazing, the property is great, the pool table was a huge hit, and this was the best stocked kitchen I've ever rented. I would stay here a million times over.
The property was very clean and fit our group of 7 perfectly with room to spare. Loved the short walk to the bus with 1 stop to the Park City skiing. Also, having the grocery store across the street was awesome to have.
Donna was very responsive via text. Plenty of beds for our family. Pool table was a highlight. Local shuttle service to the mountain is very close and very convenient. Grocery store was directly across the street. Community hot tub was a nice touch but got busy after a long day on the slopes. Location of the property was excellent with plenty of sidewalks to local shops and restaurants.

This place is spacious and comfortable, with two nice full-walled bedrooms separated by open spaces for good privacy, plus a loft-like area that would be good for children. The kitchen is very nice, with an island with a good cook top, plus all kinds of useful appliances, spices, etc.
The condo's location is the best - across the street from a really nice grocery store, and less than a mile from the main ski slopes. We could (and did) walk into the main part of town as well.
We'd definitely rent this again if we returned to Park City with family.
Location is excellent. Fresh market is a 4 min walk and the bus stop to park city mountain is a 2 min walk. Property is clean. Donna responds to questions promptly. I’d stay there again.
We had a very good experience with this rental. Layout was great for our group. Having a main floor bathroom was really nice. Location for food and transportation to the ski slopes was really nice. We could also fit two cars in the driveway.

We've been visiting Park City for over 30 years and finally decided to buy a place here. We bought for the winters - now we LOVE it year round! We have 4 children and we love to get away to the mountains! The summers are spectacular! If you have never spent time in Utah in the summer, you need to put it on your bucket list! We hope to make many more family memories here in Park City.

As they say, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This property is across the street from a large grocery store, steps away from the bus stop and has mountain views from the master bedroom. PUBLIC TRANSIT IS FREE in Park City! Convenient to everything in Park City! There is a carport if you do bring an auto. VERY CONVENIENT when it's snowing! No scraping the windows and you can go directly inside from the carport - no walking through the snow! Our children walk to the mountain in ski season! We love to hike in the summers too!
