The house was clean, and Kirk allowed us to check in early and check out late. If you are visiting from out of state, be aware there is no air conditioning in this house. The kitchen did have an ant problem as well. Overall, nice stay

Rick was amazing and he was so quick to get back to us before the stay. We didn't have any issues once we got there, plenty of towels and bedding to make sure we were comfortable. We will stay here next time too!

This place is FANTASTIC!!! It is exactly as advertised. Great location for a family get together. GREAT backyard (pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, cornhole), great kitchen, huge living room and dining room table, four bedrooms. Just great. Host was very helpful. Very convenient for shopping, hiking, beach, and downtown Santa Barbara. Very clean.

Great Location and fun property

We had a great time renewing with old friends from UCSB and our children. The place was a great spot to get together and to also visit the local spots that we used to enjoy the kids loved the pool and the hot tub.

Great access to everything

We stayed a few days with our family of 4, there was more than enough room in the house. We had a great location that was close to beaches, shops, restaurants, downtown Santa Barbara and even a few Parks. It was a great stay, quiet neighborhood and great time

Beautiful Hideaway

Wonderful holiday with our family with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. A few of us enjoyed reading in the backyard with the kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We will definitely be back!
