    Never stayed. Property Manager never responded.

    I have requested a reimbursement. The property Manager never sent instructions on how to get into the property even after multiple emails and calls. I arrived and had to walk to a hotel.

    Description did not match apartment

    The description said the room slept 4 and had multiple beds, that was not the case. The photos didn’t match the apartment and it was a one bed room. The amenities also didn’t match the description. Basically, it was an entirely different place. Also the host was uncommunicative. The stay ended up being fine, because there were only 2 of us, and the cleaning lady was helpful.

    Good location

    The location of this apartment is good, however I do not think it was a good value for our money. The listing shows a spacious 4 person apartment with a loft, but we did not have a loft and there would have been space for max 3 people if someone slept on the futon. We encountered several major issues, which were addressed in varying timeliness. This included lack of hot water for showering, broken toilet, running out of toilet paper, and the roof leaking onto my bed when it rained. Also, the person assisting at the residence did not speak English, so I would not recommend this location if no one in your party speaks Spanish.
