We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The location is great as it is close to all the things the area has to offer and is 1/2 mile from the big wedding venue where we attended. Was new and clean with fireplace and fire pit. Gated and private too. The only suggestion is the windows in master needs tinted like other bedroom or some window treatments for privacy. The driveway where it meets the road needs some fill. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend!

Great Property

We enjoyed the "cabin" during our visit to NC. We saw a small baby bear, many deer and lots of birds from the cabin early in the morning during our stay. Highly recommended!

Thanksgiving in the mountians

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving at the property! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated! We love trying a different spot in the NC mountains each year, and this was definitely one of our favorites! I highly recommend this house. It was perfect for our family of 4.

Lovely cabin, wonderful hosts

I was so impressed with this little cabin! Exceptionally clean and well appointed - the complimetary coffee pods (and creamer!) was a blessing not having had time to stop before checking in. Check in was a breeze and the hosts were responsive and very accommodating. If you are attending an event at Appalachian View, the location could not be more convenient. Would highly recommend.

A Great Long Weekend

We had a nice family getaway to this beautiful mountain house. The hosts were very nice and helpful people. We spent most of our time exploring the different places around the area. Most of which were less than 20 minutes in any direction from the house. Our only regret is not booking more days. We will be visiting again soon!
