Our Gingerbread House is located on 9 private acres in Sugar Grove just off Hwy 321 and only 15 mins to Boone and 2 miles from horse riding and Trash Can Falls.
3 bedrooms (K, Q, 2-Twins), 2 bathrooms, fireplaces, immaculately kept farmhouse with horse shoes, an outdoor fire pit, gas grill…
PETS REQUIRE PRE-APPROVAL: Usually one dog under 50 pounds … pls message us with the weight and breed of your dog(s) for approval.
And then full access to our farm 2 miles away, but the privacy of your own 9 acres, the best of both worlds!

Amenities include: Full private petting zoo & bird estuary, tons of swings & land art, hiking trails, ponds, 1/4 mile of river frontage, level land, a garden, ZIPLINES, TRAMPOLINE, yearround SLIDE, and new discoveries around every corner…
We will entertain monthly rentals at Gingerbread!!!
Guests have a 9 acre farmhouse all to themselves and then a short 2 mile drive to our full farm where you will have full access during daylight hours to the land and animals.

We are located on Sugar Grove NC, a small, quiet farming community and a 15 minute drive to Boone NC, the center of the High Country! 30 minutes to Watauga Lake and ski resorts, 1.5 miles to Laurel Creek Falls (look it up!) and just 2 miles to Dutch Creek Trails for horseback riding and our farm @mountainmagicresort
You will need a car :)
