Next enjoy the open layout floor plan of the living area which features a comfy couch, a kitchen, a dining area with seating for 4, as well as additional seating for 3 guests at the island, and a full private bathroom with a step-in shower. Head outdoors to enjoy nature at its finest with a dock for fishing, a swing for enjoying the breeze, and an outdoor seating area and water/beach equipment for guest use during your stay! A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the main house for use during your stay. Due to liability, the lift is not available for guest use.

Out back on the canal side is the perfect spot to sit, relax, fish, grill, and entertain on the oversized deck.

We loved this house! It is so clean and fresh! The kitchen is very well stocked. Master bed is comfortable. The outdoor spaces are great! The neighborhood is so cute. The marina store and restaurant/bar area is nice. The food is good. We would definitely stay again!

Roseneath House was absolutely perfect for my sister's Hen Do. Paul has thought of everything in the house, the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, the house was stunning and it was fabulous to have so many communal spaces both indoors and outdoors. The disco room was perfect for late night karaoke and the house was well sound-proofed according to those who went to bed early! We couldn't have hoped for a better place to host a hen do and all the ladies loved the house! We took a minibus to Bristol and would recommend Avon Minibuses for large groups.

West End beach trip

Great location and very family friendly area. The house was newly renovated and clean. The primary bedroom had a very comfortable adjustable split king bed. There was more than enough seating inside and out. Owners were very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Cute house but very bare bones. We had to buy hand soap and dish soap. Bring anything you need to cook. There is no grill. We’ve stayed at 10-20 houses in sea isle over the last few years and this one was not my fave. The bathrooms are strange. Huge sinks with no counters and a massive bathtub with a rain shower head sitch. Fine if you plan on being at the beach most of the time. I think they are just trying to sell it and are renting it in the meantime so it is lacking.

Good location

The property itself was clean and maintained. However, some of the blankets had stains and weren't washed; they smelled. There wasn't any dish washing soap. We wanted to grill but was disappointed to see mold/food from previous use. The pans were in such poor condition that we could not use them to cook in. We went back into Galveston to go buy detergent and pans for our use. Also, there was no green lightsfor fishing at night from the back porch, real bummer.
