I chose this home because it's in a friendly neighborhood and is extremely close to the beach and downtown Charleston.

What makes this property unique

I love the wide open floor plan, the sun during the day in the home is outstanding. Coffee on the deck in the morning while watching the sun come up before the start of the day. The deck gets more use at night while relaxing and at gazing at the moon.
