"Gone Coastal" 3 bedroom townhouse with community pool and fitness center

“Gone Coastal” 2586 Helmsman Road, Johns Island is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome inspired by nautical themes and whimsical touches. Sleeping 6, this villa boasts a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, spacious garden-level covered sitting area, and porch.

The ground level includes a garage and covered outdoor living space. The second floor and main floor you'll find a king bedroom and attached bathroom with walk in shower, comfortable living room, dining room, covered trellis porch and half bath. The third floor offers two bedrooms. Both have king sized beds with attached bathrooms. One with walk in shower and the other is a tub/shower combination. There is a full-sized washer & dryer located on the 2nd floor as well.

Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and 9,000 sqft amenity center. Kiawah River is just outside of Kiawah Island located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 20 miles from downtown Charleston.

Construction: There are nearby homes and hotel under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5. The price reflects this and will increase upon completion.

Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:
Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a daily fee of $50 per person payable at The Spring House.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-No pets allowed.
-Fireplace not for guest use
-Guests have access to the one car garage. Parking for 1 car is available in front of the garage. There is also parking at the street.

-Sewee Properties Booking Process:
-50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If within 30 days the total is due at the time of booking.
-You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Family wedding weekend

The perfect place to stay to attend a nearby wedding. Clean, comfortable, and a lovely location. Took a nice walk around the property and even saw some alligators!

We enjoyed our stay In Kiawah Island, lots of relaxation be had! We would definitely stay at Gone Coastal again, it was a lovely home, and so clean! The only recommendation we have is to add some non stick frying pans, and pots and a new mattress in the king bedroom, the other two beds were comfy.

Annual Friends Trip

The property was perfect for the three couples this weekend. We all had our in room with bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect for us to gather around and cook meals together. Very, very nice home. Alot of upgrades and super nice appliances. It was a super comfortable living space? Definitely will look to rent this particular house again next year.

Gone Coastal Spring Break

This was our first trip to Kiawah! Gone Coastal was a beautiful home in a gorgeous community and perfect for our family of 5! The clubhouse amenities (gym and pool) are fantastic- Just know there is a separate fee to utilize them. I saw them listed as amenities, so assumed they were included because I didn’t see the paragraph at the end of the listing.

Beautiful, restful, family friendly and great amenities (mostly)!

Our family had a fantastic stay at Gone Coastal! Unfortunately, due to some minor issues we could not utilize all the spaces (back deck and lower patio areas) which was disappointing as the location is gorgeous. The property manger was very responsive, came by to help us, but we were not able to utilize the way we had wished. The last 24 hours found us able to use the back deck, but without internet. I think our child and Grandpa were the MOST disappointed! Still, I would recommend this property, and we plan to stay again. Thank you!
